AVP-Requiem
« on: August 29, 2007, 06:18:20 PM »
i just saw the trailer for this and now i cant wait for it to come out. it looks about 100 times better then the first one. instead of 20 people in the middle of nowhere it looks like a predator ship carrying some alien face-huggers crash lands in the woods outside a town. here is a link to the trailer:

That does look really good. I seen about 90% of the last one and this one I will see for sure, when I can.

I've never been one for horror films but i didn't mind the last AVP film as it more of an action film. I'll most likely go to see this with my brother when it releases. I have to admit, I was starting to wonder when this was going to be announced.

From what I seen on this trailer, I know this will be a really great movie. I didn't see the last one all the way though, but it was really good of what I did see, which was about 80% of it. The movie looked to be a great movie all around.

Can't believe that they chose Christmas Day for this movie to open... but it looks so damn good, that I'm making plans to go see it before I start my holiday festivities that day ;)

Who else is going on Christmas Day? Or are you waiting till the day after?

OK, so I didn't make it on Christmas Day, but I did go out yesterday and catch this flick. And IMO, it was way better than the first, and a very enjoyable movie. Enjoyable if you love blood and gore and high bodycounts, that is. I think more people get killed in this film than in all the other Alien and Predator movies combined!

I actually liked the first one of these, and I'm really looking forward to seeing this one. Anything involving predators and aliens kicks major ass.

I am too because I was wondering about this movie, if it lived up to it's hype and commericals that have ran to the ground already.

I enjoyed this one, except for the maternity ward scene.  That one kinda disturbed me, but other than that - a really good movie.

I thought it ended too quickly, and we didn't get to see what happened with the newborns  >:D

Maybe I am disturbed (mentally)  ;) but I thought that scene was great, right out of a graphic novel.
Makes one think, if it was real life would that happen, there would be no mercy from them creatures.
