What Power of the Force 2 figures do you actually like?

I still have a few Power of the Force 2 figures stored in a box in the attic and i still have them in their cards except for Bespin Luke which his card is open but he's still in it.

Anyways what figures do you think were the final definitive version for Power of the Force 2? I thought that line had the best Aunt Beru, Ishi Tib, Bespin Luke and Jedi robes adult force spirit Anakin Skwalker flesh colored.

I swear Power of the Force 2 had the crappiest looking New Hope Leias and Ben Kenobi figures

But that's not POTF2. I think he's talking about the original, 1995 era figures.

anywayz Power of the Force 2 just didnt have one good Princess Leia figure in her New Hope outfit. The Leia two packs were alright especially with the Bespin Han having a  cloth jacket which was cool but I wasnt really into two packs

I really like them all cause i plan on buyin the whole set maybe someday from brians toys as they sell the complete set and its pretty cheap so this one and potj is another one i plan on getting.

I think the tail end figures of the POTF2 line had the best sculpt and didn't have the steroid look.  These are roughly 1998 - 2000 around the TPM line.  I really like the EPIV Anakin Sywalker (Sebastian Shaw likeness),  I think this was the first figure Hasbro/Kenner ever made of him and was decently done.  Other than the Spirit of Obi-Wan/Yoda/Anakin POTF2 cinema scene set.

Abit of topic, but I think they only made 9 figures with Commtech for OT characters in the POTF2 packaging.  I think they were lead ins or add ons to the TPM line.  What sucks since these were tail end figures they are hard to find and tend to be extremely expensive.

I really liked all the EU figures (Grand Admiral Thrawn, Mara Jade, Space Trooper, Clone Emperor, Dark Empire Luke, Dark Empire Leia, Imperial Sentinel, Kyle Katarn, Darktrooper)

Started with POTF2, and it's still my favorite release--I guess it's because that's been the majority of my collection for so long. But perhaps I'm biased, because a whole lot of my POTF2 figures have so much backstory in comparison to some of my more recent Saga purchases.

I really liked their style of the Stormtrooper, especially with the big E-11s. Granted, my little Stormtrooper regime looks a little silly (because of the none-articulated arms, so their guns are kind of just..sitting) but they make me happy none-the-less. Also, as cliché as it sounds, I also like the Sandtroopers they released. Who can go wrong with 6 orange pauldrons with the huge guns? Not I.

To be honest..I think all of the Imperial figures they released were pretty good, save for the macho Darth Vader. Silly Kenner.

The comm-tech figures weren't too bad, either. I've got nearly all of them loose (damn my desire for loose) and they please the eyes on my shelves.

As previously mentioned, the later releases of the waves are really good figures, but do tend to be a little pricey..and on occasion hard to find. I'm still missing a good handful of green cards that have seemed to have eluded my local Wal-Mart and Target over the past 13 years (since I started collecting).

I like the carbonite block of han in carbonite, the best ever and Jawas, 8D8, Ackbar, Piet, DS Droid, EV-9D9, Wicket, Logray, Gamorrean, Hoth Rebel Soldier, Ishi Tib, Lak Sivrak, Mon Mothma, Nien Numb, Pote Snitkin, Pruneface, Malakili, Ree-Yees, Snowtroopers, Ughaughts, Weequay, Yak Face, Zuckuss, Beru, the EU, the SOTE and Motti.

I'd really to see Hasbro go back and remake some of the figures from the early days that haven't seen a remake yet. They have been doing a good job of it, and I don't think there are too many left. But then again, do we really need another figure of Malakali the Rancor Keeper?

Out of all the POTF2 figures theres only one that stands upto todays standards and thats Pote Snitkin, the rest are in need of a major overhaul.

As for the POTJ theres 4 that come to mind - Ellorrs Madak, FX-7 (The Definitive Figure here), R4-M9 and R2-Q5.

Also the VTAC Bespin Luke is the closest we have come to the best Bespin Luke we have had.

I'm still awaitng a bunch of shipments that will include a whole lot of the later stuff..I'm hoping for the best. Heheh.

Also, I was pretty happy with the POTF2 bounty hunters, too. (Bossk for $1 at Tuesday Morning was awesome.)

That Pretty much sums up my list. Some of the Shadow's of the Empire were cool as was EU. Any The 3po's and decent Astromechs can also be added to the like category! There is a lot of pure crap in the line.
