This is a cool take on a Vehicle lil pricey for me since I know what was used, but very nice none the less.

The UT-AT looks really cool, even if not like the real SW walker from ROTS.

I really like the looks of that UT AT. That one walker looks like they took that robocop robot and chopped it up. Not bad. I still have to say the best link you found Fett was the one with that custom gunship with the atte. cool stuff.

Now why can't Hasbro make this toy and call it a carrying case as well.

Funny you say that, because if I'm not mistaken, Hasbro did make that toy. Not exactly as it looks there, but pretty close. Add a few wheels and a different coat of paint, and it's right from the box.

Does look like a cool vehicle though.

Yeah, I guess you're right. I took a quick look at it, and it kinda looked like a G I Joe vehicle, but I guess it's not.

This is a cool take on a Vehicle lil pricey for me since I know what was used, but very nice none the less.

So what exactly is the base for this?

That's an interesting figure. Very Samauri yet Star Wars all the same.

Here's another Clone Vehicle Custom AT-OT, not quite screen accurate but cool looking anyways. I wish Hasbro could see we wan more arrmy vehicles based on all the customs people make!

That one in the link is a pretty hasty thing if you ask me- Looks like a lot of short cuts were taken just to throw that together, it would look a ton better with some details added, the glad lock tupperware feet are just to cheesy, you could litteraly duplicate that with a junk at-at and a driod tank some hard plastic line and gladware. Not worth 70 bucks ( his reserve)

I agree with you that Hasbro should take a que from what folks are doing and that they are using alot of existing parts.

I don't come off sounding like that in my auctions, do I?

It does look kinda cool, and He did take some decent pics, which will count for alot, but priceless...mabey not.
someone will pay the reserve because of the pics, and all of the clones, if they are included.

I wonder how many hasbro execs are assigned to monitor star wars customs, and if they watch those and the factory stock stuff selling on ebay, seperatlly?  a way for them to guage whats hot, and whats not.

I like the walker. The samurai one is cool but it seems a little to earthly to really be star wars to me

Finally scored a POTC Sandtrooper on the evil empire. I think it was a bargain at $16.50 atleast it's worth that much if it means I can stop looking for one.

These were at the tail end of the OTC line and were tough to locate in most areas, similar to what happened at the end of the FF and EP1 series as well, Hasbro never gives out numbers but they seem to be in much shorter supply.

I managed to purchase two from toysrus.com in December of 2004. They were up on their site a few times and sold out very fast. The first time I tried to order one, they actually sold out while I was placing my order. I never found one at retail. I usually open figures, but since these guys were so hard to find, I left them both carded. From what I've seen on Ebay, I think that $16.50 is a great price.
