This is going to be a tough question.is there going to be 2 different versions of the gamorrean Guard?I was looking at some reviews on GG's site and they were not kind.The POTF is the PMG exclusive but will there be a ROTJ version as well?just curious

Yep! As we mentioned before, we'll be soliciting a ROTJ version of the Gamorrean Guard tomorrow. PGMs now get the POTF version.

As for reviews... ::shrug:: you're not going to please everyone. Doesn't stop us from trying, but nothing is 100% perfect.

I know you use a separate company for your shipping, but my question is this: Why, when we get an email stating that an order has shipped with a link for tracking, I click on the link, but there is no tracking info or tracking number?

Excellent question. Usually when you get those e-mails, they're sent out right when the tracking number is generated. However, most tracking numbers don't go fully active until the package has been picked up and they've been scanned, creating a few hours lag time.

I really do think you guys have turned it up a notch this year. The mini busts choices are solid, the PGM has paid the dividends for collectors and I can't wait for the Maul statue! It's also really cool how the 12-inch vintage line has held the appeal with collectors. Thumbs up all over the place for you guys, and keep up the great work.

Can someone explain the PGM membership a little? As I understand, you pay $70 for the right to get 10% off of purchases for the year, but you also get one of the welcome gifts, like the Gamorrean Guard? Am I missing something?

I'm just trying to understand if joining in September for 2012 is worth it.

Also, when you preorder at GG, do they charge your cc now or when the item ships?

You are correct on all acounts.....plus some items are only available thru the PGM, and some show exclusives are sold to PGM members also that can't make the conventions. Generally, the PGM is worth the money, since you get a nice bust or other item that generally costs around the $70....also this year, they are giving a $30 coupon off 1 in stock item, so that is pretty handy as well

We're still assessing how it all went, but suffice to say, you may see more items just pop up like Palpy did in the future.

Hey guys,

So, I'm being promoted. (Yay!)

Starting Monday, I'm moving over to the Sales team for Gentle Giant. (Yay!)

This means I won't be on the forums or running social media anymore. (Boo!)

We've got someone new to step up and take over for me - Chris (AKA - Dreamwalker)!
