Nice pic, how do you do that!? I like it a lot. I saw the other ones too but I think I liked this one the most. I like how you have CW Ventress's head on a different SW characters body to make her look more like a bounty hunter!

all I did was put the Nightsister on the stage, made her hold Sy Snootles' microphone and took the picture

I did nothing to that Ventress figure in the picture
it is the one from the comic pack with Tol Skorr

I passed on it today mostly because I plan to get the entire season on dvd later
and I've been burned before
I bought the first 3 episode dvd only because it had a Yoda patch
I bought the second dvd featuring Windu thinking it would have a patch as well, but I was wrong
no patch

but enough about me

Very good review Nabil! I liked the format you presented everything in. and it was nice to get such an up-close look at the figures and all their features.

I'm very disappointed with the exclusion of Savage's lightsaber, but overall I'm still pretty excited to pick up this set. Maul's "spinning lightsaber" actually looks like one of the more surprisingly effective action features in the line to date. And that Nightsister figure looks absolutely incredible! Call me crazy, but I think I actually really like/prefer that we got our "Talzin" figure this way because I think she passes as Talzin well enough for The Clone Wars but also fits right in with the realistic stuff as a generic Sith witch (which is how it was originally intended to be released).

I agree David about the Talzin/Nightsister thing,Hasbro blew it out of the water with this set. Some people are passing on it cause since next year Hasbro is re releasing Savage with his lightsaber rand Maul with a new head sculpt they prefer that. But of course they're sacrificing not getting the Nightsister so it's kind of like a one edge sword. I love Maul's lightsaber spinning action it definitely gives the figure extra points and your money's worth as well. Thank you for your nice comment my friend

I am going to get this when it shows up in my area Target. Won't bother with the Maul video. Never found the Armor Savage last year. So this set and next year figures would be nice.

For only 9 something for the DVD, I was curious to see what they meant by directors cut.  Now I know.  Save the 9 bucks troopers, wait for the full release. 
On the other hand really enjoying the battle pack. Nice figures all around. Really dig the articulation on maul's new legs.

The Darth Maul Returns Battle Pack looks amazing. I like the intricate detail on mauls cyber legs. I will get this at some point. Want the lego mandalorian ship first.

Went to Target yesterday and they didn't have the battle pack

I've purchased two of these awesome packs already! Both are openers, but the second is getting the custom treatment. I've carefully cut the cyber-Maul in half and added a waist joint, and I'm debating spending the extra $10 for a spare clone wars Anakin vintage collection figure to use to part out to give Maul articulated wrists. I'm still trying to figure out if there's some form of mod I can do for his legs, he has a slightly weird center of gravity that keeps him from standing up straight. The Savage is going to get a bit of battle damage, and the second Nightsister, well, I'm going to spend some time getting more familiar with Mother Talzin to see if I can tweak that figure too.

I've been seeing them more frequent this week.  Way up near Milwaukee and again at the Rosemont, IL Target store.  You just have to wonder why the Battle Pack went away in favor of the Class I assortment.  IF done correctly Battle Packs would sell out. Note the word IF.

Good job for clearances. But my Target still has them at full price, about 12 on the shelf.
