Okay get this, I won an auction for a bunch of battledroids (phantom menace cards) and behold a big box shows up and it if full of Phantom menace com tech chip Darth Mauls!!!! WTF!! I contacted the seller and notified him that the wrong package was delivered - obviously someone wanted these fricking Mauls... not me!! So I have to send this box back at cost and hope to get a full refund. Obviously this was one heck of a pooch screw.!

I have 2 comtech readers so I am fine there... I did like the com tech chips ... just do not like Maul... especially a box of them.. these were bobble heads, 5x carded pm cards and variants, maul and speeder bike.. just crap! I wanted my droids! now I am off to the post office to pay 12.99 to send these back... I am pissed.

noppers, unfortunatley the doosh wants to stiff me on reimbursing me for the return shipping,,, not my fault here.. he ef'd up here.. not me.. what a doosh..

Ok, so he will refund my original price but will not comp me on returned shipping. My justification is this - I did not buy what he sent me - I bought something else... so he should refund all fees etc.. so avoid Glenn Avaritt aka gla5 on ebay... just beware - this man has no honor.

so get a load of this, I sent and email to him that I await refund and will post proper feedback... then the doosh sends me an email saying he will inspect the returned package carefully and base the refund on that... then he says if I leave negative feedback he will petition to remove it and then leave me negative... this guy is a horses arse!

You should definitely file a claim with ebay or paypal or something. Thats just ridiculous

well, I filed a claim as I wanted to state my case.. and I got a full refund for original purchase and shipping.. I had to eat the return shipping though.. lesson learned.. by doing this - the seller made a poor business decision. this will come back to haunt him on some level.. most likely Karma has a way of popping up here or there...

I battled these Ebastards all morning long? I am looking for a SS ex Yoda & will NOT pay $200 for 1 to sit on a shelf with all my SS stuff.

Where do they get their pricing base from? Its absolutely insane & I'd pay more for a "taze" button to zap these Dbags & they can keep Yoda.

He changes his prices by $100+? He has done this 3 times to me now & I am going to take that Yoda, open him up & shove it
