Yeah these deals with checkout codes seem to get used up pretty quick.  Most of the time the code is only good for one day or what is called the "slickdeal effect" happens once it's posted on slickdeals and everyone hits the site hard and either buys them all, crashes the site, or the site realizes their price mistake if it is a mistake and corrects it.
