Banks charging to use your money!

Anyone else gotten a notice that your bank is going to charge you for having money in an account?
No more free checking or free debit card usage? Didn't the Banks push for elec. direct deposit? They said it was quicker & safer?
So they are now going to charge you before you even touch your paycheck? if you're on direct deposit like me.
I am not happy about this! & have already cancelled 2 debit cards & may downsize completely to 1?
I hope everyone resists this effort to STEAL your money!! & take a stand. Without our money they are completely useless.
If we don't stop them now? What will they do when things get worse? Google "Zombie banks" to learn more.

I heard about it on the radio yesterday, and I can't believe out of all the people looking to hump someone over a buck, it'd be a bank!  I'm not trying to bring up politics, but it's really getting bad and to be honest I can't see either side getting it done.  Perhaps it's time to scrap the whole system and start over?  To quote the great Dave Mustaine, "If there's a new way, I'd be the first in line!"   :)

According to what I've read, most banks unless you keep a large sum of money in your acct. you have to pay to have access to your money?!

You may want to ask your bank? The Big Banks are already preparing for the new charges. BOA, Citi, Chase, Capitol 1 etc.
This is just the beginning, remember all the CDS & MBS ( Credit Default Swaps & Mortgage Backed Securities) back in 08.
they were called "Toxic Assets" totaled around 60 TRILLION! You can't sweep that under the rug or ignore it, so now the banks will
start charging for anything possible because the future is about to unfold in a Global Economic $hitstorm that will effect us all.
Just look to Europe, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain and all others except Germany. The Germans are very angry about bailing out Europe.
Its not wise to motivate Germany to take on Europes problems without them taking over completely? They've done it before.
Honestly when you have this size & scale of economic problems in the world? War is not far behind?! Look at the history.

Bank of America announced on Thurs 9-30-11 about the upcoming "fees" on accts. & There website has been down since 9-30?
1st they said it was internal? then they said "We were hacked?" & now it is coming out that over 10000 accts have been cancelled.
BOA stock has lost 30% in 2 trading days. & I think they will collapse eventually unless Govt bails them out? again?.

I'm sure they shut down their website so no more people could cancel thier accts, I was about to if they were going to chance that retarded $5 debit card fee, they took enough of my money over the years.
