We went to our local IMAX 3D theater to see Thor and Pirates, and the experiance was awesome. 6 story tall screen, tiered seating so no one is in your view, sound you can feel, but it all comes with an added price.
I'm sold on going there for now on, mainly for the top movies coming out Xmen, Green latern , Transformers, etc

Any one else been to one of these theaters? Did you like it? Cost too much?

I am definately looking forward to viewing the SW 3D versions there.

One photo shows how huge the screen is. The owner came out and said our city was number one in the country for being sold out for all new films.

I go see all the big movies at Imax theaters too.
Only negative is price  16$ & if you're hungry/thirsty you will pay $$
