Awesome! Did you get them off eBay—I know the 8D8s have been going for cheap lately. Lots of stuff going cheap lately in fact! Good time to be a buyer, that's for sure. I just picked up an AST-5 MIB for around $20.

I got the 8D8 from a comic shop

today from a flea market I picked up another Death Squad Commander, AT-ST Driver and a Tusken Raider

all were incomplete and have light wear
some black paint brought the DSC back to life, and I had an extra Gaffi stick for the Raider so I'm happy
everything was on sale for 15% off so I decided to splurge one last time before C6

he needs some touch up paint

Very good! If you find any great deals at C6, let us know! I'm gonna hit FanExpo while just about everyone else is at C6 this year, so I'll keep an eye out for stuff at this con. It's usually pretty good, but I've found that the vendors there who do carry the old vintage stuff is asking for an arm and a leg . . . and it's not even that great condition when you have such a choice on auction sites and Craigslist. Haggle, haggle, haggle!!!

Oh, and I recently picked up a nice vintage CAP-2 MIB with instructions and cardboard insert.

all loose, most came with correct weapons

3 Death Star Droids, one being the shiny variant while the others are the dull model

picked up some loose figures today

Death Squad Commander, AT-AT Driver and an X Wing Pilot Luke

all have some light damage, mostly scuffs of the paint on the boots
since they are all going inside a vehicle I think I got a good deal on them

Picked up today from Target the Maul 3 pack set. Sweet, but more sisters to make it interesting battle set. Hint Hasbro?

Stopped at Walmart this morning on my way to work. Found and bought 2 CW Fox (Red) and CW Training Battle Droid. Also they had an extra CW Woolfe and 2 CW Rex. PM me if you want the extra Fox that I picked up.

I think you might be in the wrong section. This is the Vintage Toys.

I finally picked up a yellow saber for my ESB Luke and a Bossk weapon plus a small bag full of extra weapons from a local guy. Woohoo!

I just picked up a Lando (no teeth), Bossk, Yoda, Han (Hoth), and Ugnaught for $14. They're all in pretty crappy condition, but they all came with their weapon except for Han and Yoda only came with his orange snake (no robes or belt). I'll add the weapons to the pile and give my mint Ugnaught this new bag, and the figs to the "extras" Vader case.

the box is real beat up and a previous owner decided to fold and crease the stickers sheet, but the guns are still in the bag and the vehicle itself is flawless

Just picked up an ESB Bespin Han for my collection. I'm down to the last 2 of the original series (ESB C-3PO & Pruneface) then it's on to the last 17 to complete the collection of figures. That's a pretty expensive endeavor though. Not sure if I'm up to it yet. lol

from ebay, I got 3 pieces I need to help complete the Imperial Attack Base playset

I needed the moving levers that activate the actions of the falling snow bridge, the exploding office area and the land mine
turns out I'm still missing one piece, the part of the land mine that causes the figure to fall

Won the hoth ice planet adventure set with the cardboard at-at on eBay. Can't wait to put it on the vintage shelf. Recently got the vintage cantina too.

I just won an INT-4 in beautiful never-played-with-condition with a pristine box. AFA gradeable type stuff. And then it was shipped USPS in a single-wall USPS shoebox box and it got crushed. The box of the INT-4 was trashed on three sides. So, not only was the box crushed, but so was I. I was planning on getting an acrylic case for this one! Good thing I waited. The seller did not insure it or have an option for it. He did however offer to accept a return with a full refund or do half back of what I paid. I ultimately opted for the latter. The toy is still in great condition after all.

It does, but at least he sent me about half of what I spent back.

And holy crap . . . has anyone else noticed a huge spike in interest in vintage SW figs/vehicles/playsets recently on eBay or is it just me? It seems like a great time right now to be a seller! Buying however sucks the moon. Looks like I'll wait until prices come back down for these last 2 figs I want to round out the collection (ESB C-3PO with removable limbs and a Prune Face). That is, unless anyone has either of these that they'd like to sell. . . .
