A lot of people are still into watching wrestling every week, though it's not the same as it was say a couple of years ago when the WWF/WCW battle was going on. At least there is another alternative to WWE, the NWA-even though they have some of the old WWE staff with them. Please use this thread to comment on anything wrestling related, if it's on PPV, shows in your area, or to even talk about the "old days".

WWE is really pushing their Wrestle-Mania 21 this time around with their Hollywood Theme. Has anyone seen the new comerical/spoofs on this. There are some good ones there. Not only with the new announcement of Rowdy Roddy Piper himself holding Pipers Pit with Stone Cold Steve Austin, they also announced their Hall of Fame inductee's including the man that brought it all "Hulk Hogan"

I havent watched much wrastlin in two years, but now I here the WWE is going to have an ECW pay-per-view. What a joke. I remember staying up to watch the original ECW just because it was truly extreme, and now Vince and the governing bodies are turning it into a sideshow. I feel bad for all of the guys from ECW, they didnt care about the money, they just wanted to prove they were the most outrages company. :P

I used to hate the WWF/ECW for the longest time, but then say 6 or 7 years ago I started liking it.  I liked it so much that I was loving it!  I never missed a Smackdown or RAW for the longest time, and even made it to a Smackdown that was here in Chicago years ago.  However, I stopped watching it (religiously) after they gave in to the now-WWF organization, and then changed their names to the WWE.  I haven't seen a show in its entirety in over a year (at least).  I wish I could enjoy watching it again though.

sounds like we are all in the same boat...I watched both wcw wwf for years, but when wcw went down, so did wwf....now i catch part of a show every once in a while...it's just not the same anymore  :(

Wrestling is not the same since the old wwe wcw and even ecw where all fighting to be #1.there was some good shows then ,fueds almost everything the storylines now are weak..Now Vince brings Ecw Back for one night to see how much more money he can make......Instead of all that he should make someone else Fight Basita instead of Triple H ...This is why I only watch it here and here...Triple H gets too many chances at the title and now it is boring to see Triple H always get the shat.thats why on mondays i watch Monster Garage and American Chopper........
