TAC30 at Wal-Marts!!

Made a stop at a local Wal-Mart today and they had three pegs of the 30th Anniversary figures. I picked up Maris Brood, Rahm Kota, Pre-Cyborg Grievous, McQuarrie Vader, Holiday Fett, Darth Malak, Umpass Stay and Death Star Trooper. These are all minty case fresh. Some of the figures still had that little piece of tissue paper stuck on it.

I then decided to hit the other Wal-Mart on my way home and they to had some 30th Ani figures, not as many as the other store though. There I picked up the Holographic Darth Vader, Darth Revan and Jawa with LIN droid.

The Wal-Mart stores have an odd selection of these figures all mixed up. I wonder if they just found a bunch and shipped them to the stores or what?

All the figures rang up for the normal price that is set on the pegs now.

Might want to check out your Wal-Mart to see if they are getting in any of these figures.

Nothing like that at my walmarts although they are trying to sell the VTSC figures for full price!  If you find an extra Revan or Kota, let me know!

Yeah really... I've been trying to get my hands on a few Revans and Malaks at retail price for some customs I want to make... can't justify aftermarket prices for a figure I'm going to rip apart  :-\

As bad as I want that Revan, and I almost pulled the trigger on a $45 /BIN on ebay, I will have to wait until he either falls in my lap, or is released again by Hasblo.  There was a new recruit on here trying to sell his for $15, but I haven't heard from him - nor do I expect to.

I'd like to get my hands on the Royal Guard that was released with this wave. Damn thing is extremely hard to get your hands on.
