Wow.... uhm... is it just me or does he have chicken legs? He looks like he won't stand up with the weight of his chest armor.

Hasbro = FAIL.

EPIC FAIL is more like.

That looks like crap.

They couldn't just do what I did, and use the legs that they had, and just make pegs holes for other legs and make the armor thicker.

Eeeeh,...... kind of cool but needs some work and WTF is that on his leg. That makes no sense to have that thing on leg.

That's the ammo pouch that came with Sev in the Delta Squad gift pack and with Fi in the Omegas + Mandalorians gift pack.

I like it. Too bad about the "Hero version" paint job they previewed at Toy fair. I was kinda hoping that the Commando Evo pac would have army builder deco troopers. Still may buy 4 sets for future paint jobs.

The legs suck. The Toyfare pic looked better.

I will wait till I see it in person to make a final judgment but the legs do not look proportionate to the torso. I commend Hasbro for realizing this needed to be done but they should pay attention to these small details.

I am torn, why couldnt they have just made it like Cuyvalder did, just update the existing legs with knee and anke articulation, thats it!, nothing more, nothing less. That said, ill probably get a few, but i agree with commander ando that they should have made it more amrny builder friendly. THANKS GORKO, you da MAN!

I have a thought that this may indeed be a Clone Wars Figure. The look seems more in line for that series .Its just a thought ,Maybe in the first episode of Season 2 ,Because you know that the last episode of Season 1 is going to be a cliff hanger and the Senate Commandos are  going to get their butts handed to them.

It looks like the helmet is oversized vs. the rest of the body. I wonder if it's going to be a removable bucket? If so, I will get 4 and repaint as needed.

I am huge fan of the Republic Commandos whether it's the actual figures themselves, the books, the game, etc and I really like the current figure even though when I got my first Scorch, the legs were a disappointment, it's grown on me. And the legs are spaced just right that you can load a 4 man RC squad onto the drop platform on the Republic Gunship and it will deploy (fully loaded) without snagging on the rim of the floor.

I now have the Deltas, Omegas, and 4 squads worth of the all white army builders from the comic pack (easily my favorite comic pack tied with the ObiWan+ARC Trooper Alpha set).

It'd be kinda cool to see Hasbro do an exclusive with Target or TRU battle pack with various repainted Republic Commando squads. Actually, I think I will add that to the questions for Hasbro thread.

I was thinking that too. But looking at the Collector Event pics from Toy Fair, I'm thinking it's Fi.

Well, it's not really Fi, because the paint job is all wrong... but yeah.

The Most Feared Bounty Hunter on Naboo.

Looking at unpainted prototypes, sometimes they look off. I actually think this looks like a good figure. If you have ever worn Commando armor you will know it is big on the top and you cannot really put your arms down all the way, well I could not anyways (it was not my armor). I think place the blaster in his hand strike a pose and this figure will be fine. Also it is part of an evolutions set = less detail and quality than any standard basic figure.
Though I will not make any final judgments until I have the final product in my hands.
