Bionicle Movies on DVD
« on: September 26, 2008, 12:27:21 PM »
Anyone have any of these? My son all of a sudden is completely into Bionicles and keeps asking me about the movies. I had no idea there were even movies out there until I checked on ebay.

Before I grab some off of ebay for Christmas presents, how are they? are they full-length movies or shorter? More importantly, are they appropriate for a 6 year-old?

I have movie two....

THEY ARE AWESOME!!! Totally buy them. Check amazon.com first, better prices.

Both my wife and I loved them, and the kids adore them. My oldest loves bionicles. As does his old man lol.

I've been collecting bionicles since they first hit and were still called technics.

Thanks for the feedback. Like I said, my son out of nowhere suddenly became addicted to these. He even makes his own with a set of Knex he's had lying around for a year or so.

I lucked out and found him a discontinued Bionicle at the Lego store. A $12.99 set marked down to $4.99 to put away as a Christmas gift.

Sounds like my kid.  ;D Whenever my boy starts a new line, an old one get put away. When he got into the Star Wars GH figures we packed up all of his Thomas trains and tracks. When he got into Transformers we packed up all of his Disney 'Cars' and put those away in his closet.

His room still looks like ground zero of a natural disaster but it would be a lot worse if we didn't pack away that other stuff.
