Yeah I would like to know that as well. What info did you find or read or watch, that tells that she dies and can you produce this info on any level that we could read threw, so that we can see it for ourselves.

Call me crazy but is it really important to blow the lid off something like this? Am I the only one who really tries to avoid or dislikes reading the back of the package before the movie? Seriously guys, it really takes the fun out of it, spoiler or no spoiler! I had my own infrences drawn on what would happen to the spunky lil padawan too, seeing as we haven't heard about her until now YOU could only guess she was dead before EIII. I'm just wondering why you'd need a one liner that reveals a major plot line? I understand Airborne was just trying to pass along the word, but there are quite a few reviews up and people talking about the sneak previews. Lets just try to keep in mind everyone isn't seeing it early, it's only next week!

She did not die in the book. And they barely begin to scratch the surface of her character. I have to call shenanigans on this one.

I think it makes sense that she would die in the movie or somewhere in the series, just another tragic event in anakins life that gives him loss and attachment issues

That's what I am thinking is that it will be at the end of the TV series is when she dies but then again it could go either/or that ahsoka dies.

His imagination, of course. Aside from a few clones and droids (and since there's spoiler alert in the subject), pretty much nobody dies in the movie. Certainly nobody who isn't meant to be cannon fodder.

See, but again, just seems like a continuity flaw to me. If she was that important, and if Anakin had grown that attached to her, and he got that upset when she dies, why is she not mentioned in ROTS?

Plus, in ROTS when Anakin and Obi-Wan fight Dooku in the beginning, and Anakin says "My powers have doubled since the last time we met" - was he referring to the fight in AOTC when Dooku kicked their asses or the fight in the CW cartoon?

Yeah see that's what I asked Sansweet during our interview with him at Wizard World and he did say by the time the Clone Wars is over it will all be explained and you'll wonder if the events in ANH could even transpire without the Clone Wars taking place. SOMETHING to that effect!

Glad I avoided these thread until I saw the movie.

AC's first post indicates she dies in the movie,(which is incorect) then indicates the Tv series.

But as Spice indicates why post such a one liner plot killer. Thus my reasoning for avoiding the thread.

Actually, I had heard that her ultimate fate, whether dead or alive, had not yet been decided. I think Sansweet mentioned it at Celebration Japan, but I'm not sure...

I'd kinda like to hope that they wouldn't kill her off, but it's almost a foregone conclusion. When I first heard that Anakin gets a padawan during TCW, I thought, "Oh, so she's going to die by the end of the series." Truth be told, I think there's a lot more thematic potential if she goes into hiding...then she could pop up in other EU sources.

The only problem is that it seems like we keep finding out that more and more jedi survived the purge but it seems like some of them just had to get killed. They couldnt have all made it

They may never have to address whether she lives or dies during the series. Who said that's when she dies anyway? Maybe she died off screen during the Order 66 or during Anakin's attack on the JT.

Seems to me it would be a smart move on LFL's part to have her survive the complete CW run of episodes. Maybe they're setting it up for her to survive the purge and appear on an episode of the live action series?

I'm hoping ventress or dooku kills her and anakin witnesses it..... makeing his attachment to her pull him to the darkside..... or she goes to the darkside and he has to kill her.... the second one probably being to dark for Lucas.

I would prefer she dies as opposed to turning to the Darkside only because there are too many Jedi already doing that after a while what does it mean to be a Jedi if everyone turns. It would be cool to see her pop up after Order 66 as well but I think her dieing is what adds to Anakins fall.

She my have been in the jedi temple when Anakin(Darth Vader)storms in and whacks the the jedi in ROTS.Ashoka my be one of the casulties.I am a little confused is Ashoka and Shaak Ta from the same race?I know Ta was in the 2003 Clone Wars season 2 when they expaned the episode and you go up against her in TFU.

Now that you mention it, I never really paid much attention and have always wondered WHAT type of species they where. Also, does ANYONE know what type Stass Allie was? I've wonder what she was too. If anyone knows let me know because I've always wondered that since I seen her in ROTS.
