What would you expect from a guy named  "Meta World Peace" to do?
They do give Noble Peace Awards to "Warmongers"?

I'm just happy the Knicks are IN and while everyone totes Miami and Chicago as the best, I really think if we can go into their gym and rock them in the mouth and hand either of them a good ol' 20 pt loss, it'd be the Knicks series to lose.  Glad to see how good Amare has looked coming back, not so much in the stat sheet but on the floor in general. I also have my fingers crossed for Tyson Chandler winning Defensive Player of the year!  For the simple fact they've had the 5th best defence in the league from the laughingstock it's been for a decade he should win it hands down.

should be some good playoff games, I just hate the Mavs draw of the Thunder in the first round, would have preferred the Lakers

That's the only team in the NBA I'd say I'd REALLY not want to face right now.  I hope somehow they end up with the Lakers.  ;D   Here's to hoping the Knicks can "bring their talents to South Beach" and steal one, if they can pull that off the frail confidence of the Miami Weep will be shook.  :D  IF they manage to take both games, IT'S OVAH!  :)   In any case, it's like Bart Scott can't wait!  ;D 8)

OR s**t like today can happen.  NOT only losing in a disgraceful manner, they might have lost their best perimeter defender for the year in Shumpert.  DAMN!  >:(

To bad a couple other key players suffered the same injury as Rubio.  Hopefully all 3 players can come back strong.

I'm so disappointed in Amare Stoudemire right now... JUST because you make 100 mil doesn't mean you're smart.  I can't deny I've had an episode of anger or two but when the stakes are an NBA title you have to control yourself.  I WAS mad too, the refs, it seems like everyone wants Miami to win it...  Now it really looks like they're going to but how does this year not have an * next to it?  NONE of the rest of the Eastern Confrence teams are at full strength other than maybe Philly and the Hawks.  And who cares about them?  0-2 hole and our "star" just took himself out of the rest of the series because he couldn't handle his cool.  WHAT more could you want from Melo????  :-\

that's tough for sure, thought the Knicks would give the heat some problems, but it now looks like a sweep coming

talking about sweeps, the Thunder are rolling on my Mavs, lost the first game by a point by a ball bouncing around the rim and them dropped for Durant, still don't know how that happened, that ball clanked the left side of the rim and found a way to move right...argh

then we get the final buzzer beater shot 2-3 times in closing seconds and the ball clangs around and misses.....hopefully they next games at home will be victories...they have been good games though

Well LaCon's a champ now but I'm still not impressed with it taking nearly a decade for "the King" to get his first crown.  In fact, I'll wonder if they hadn't called all the fouls in the world on anyone guarding him and the game was called fair, who would have won?

The Knicks are STACKING up and building for a good run next year.  Lin / Kidd at the point guard will be intresting, they're good at center now with picking up Camby today. Chandler needed a good backup. We've got Novak back and I think no question they're matching the Lin deal.  I'm liking how they are revamping this summer, just a few more things to fall into place.

Hey Fox, Ramon Sessions bro?  :-\  Really?

no clue as to what Cuban was thinking?  seriously, just about everyone from the championship season has been traded away and we couldn't lure any of the big names to Big D...it's gonna be a rough season coming up

Ray Allen to the Heat, this team is going to be really hard to beat

HOW did they ONLY have to give up Bynum?  How did Orlando only get a bag of peanuts when the offer from the Nyets was much, MUCH better?  Goes to show, they really do put everyone where THEY want them.

Oh come on Fox it wont be that bad.
The Mavs picked up Collison a PG who is decent when he's not hurt, and you cna always count on Chris Kaman in a contract year, and atleast they dumped Odom on the JV team. I wouldnt count out Cuban just yet, he has that Jerry Buss (owner of the Lakers) type quality ......those guys will be looking to deal at the trade deadline or the next offseason.

So Spicey.......will you be buying the Brooklyn attire this year?

No black and white for me, I'll be sticking with the real team in NY.  I'm pretty happy with a 15-5 start, and I do think they're the real deal this time.  One of their most skilled players has yet to take the floor, and our best perimeter defender hasn't laced them up yet neither.  I'm pretty sure Amare is coming off the bench when he does get back, and then the Pau Gasol rumors will heat up.  I hope they can get another team involved, who wants that softie?  It was a great night to beat the s**t out the Heat (again) the other night, things are starting to get back to the way they USED to be for Knicks fans.

The Mavs haven't had their best player all year, so in light of that I think they've done well but you really do gotta ask why Cuban didn't do more to keep Chandler.  It's looking like the Lakers have at least managed to put back-to-back wins finally, so there's still hope for them.  You have to wonder if they really want Dwight long-term.  I think dood is a piece of s**t, an imposter of a Center and also WHY in the blue hell did they take away the position from the all star ballot?

i don't understand how he let Chandler go either?  he was a great defensive presence in the middle and could score too, because of him we got that ring
