OTC - Vintage Carded Figures
Darth Spice:
I really can't wait to get my hands on 2 each of the vintage. I think the old cards were the best. Leia, Han and Obi-Wan on the way, but I am really really drooling to snag Luke, Yoda and Vader. I am very interested to see the 'star case' like case they come in as well. Maybe this is the end of Star Case??
dustrho:
There's no way in hell this will be the end of Star Cases. Hasbro is only shipping the OTC vintage-style figures in them, so Star Cases will be around for a long time. You have to have them around so you can put your other figures in them.
I'm very much looking forward to these figures, but I am very afraid that I'll never have a chance in hell in snagging these up at retail. I'll probably have to order them from an online store, which isn't all that bad, but I would just love to see them hangning on the pegs waiting for me to buy them.
Y-WingJager:
I think the scalpers will get these before I ever do. I think that one would have to be very lucky to see these at all at retail, and the on line retailers will run out of this sortment quickly as well.
Boba Binks:
I am looking to tises figs. I am mostly an opener but due to the limit of these special figures I will keep a set carded.

I can be wrong and am a man enought to admit it. I would guess Hasbro cranked out PLENTY of these puppys to keep everyone happy. I could be wrong my guess is retail may have a hard time keeping in stock but Etailers will have plenty. Again the way gas is it is about breaking even when you compare fuel prices vs. Etailers prices.
