INTRODUCTION
"When the Empire built its shield generator to protect the new Death Star on the forest moon of Endor, it did not consider the tribal bands of Ewoks any kind of threat or even worthy of their attention. But this miscalculation would lead to the downfall of the Empire itself when these seemingly benign creatures choose an allegiance. After Princess Leia, Luke Skywalker and Han Solo encounter the Ewoks and convince them to side with the Rebels, they soon find they have the perfect allies to exploit the Empire's arrogant over-dependence on technology.

Blending in with the forest environment, the Ewoks' small stature disguises their prodigious strength, agility and skill with their archaic but highly effective spears and arrows. Much to the surprise of the Imperial Stormtroopers, the Ewoks use their skills as hunters and trappers to surprise and overwhelm the troopers and disappear back into the forest before an effective counter attack can be mounted against them. The ferocity of these furry, pint-sized warriors should never have been underestimated.

Each piece is individually painted and finished, each with its own unique quality and detail that is the trademark of a handcrafted Sideshow Collectibles product. This stunning piece will make an outstanding addition to any Star Wars collection! Starting with the base the underside is nicely done with graphics of the piece and hand numbered. The base itself is a nice representation of the forested moon of Endor."

AHHHH!! Yells the Stormtrooper as he falls as the Ewoks attack and topple him over to his doom. The sculpting on the Ewoks is a bit scary. Most people think of them as little balls of fur that should have never defeated the mighty Empire. Take a look at their faces! Side Show really sculpted the ferocity of these highly underestimated Ewoks. Seriously they are out to destroy the Empire and they do not play fair.

Looking at various reference materials I believe each of the three sculpted Ewoks are based on actual Ewoks seen in "Return Of The Jedi."  You have Graak, Logray and Romba. In the various reference materials there are two Ewoks with the name of Romba.

This poor Stormtrooper has had it. The sculpting in the armor is very well done. I am not positive but I believe it is a generalization of the Stormtrooper armor as it had changed over the three movies. I do believe Sideshow said somewhere they were making an ultimate sculpt of Stormtrooper armor in the computer to be used for future Stormtrooper products. The only thing that I think Sideshow should have done to this particular Stormtrooper is that they should have added some dirt or mud to the Stormtrooper's boots. Nonetheless it is very nice looking and a winner in my book.
