SIDESHOW EXCLUSIVE EDITION
It is nice to add Anakin Skywalker (Darth Vader) to my collection. As with most Sideshow Premium Format items I am pretty much happy. The paint job looks great, the cloth goods are nice looking, the detail pieces look good, I love the light-up feature, the pose is decent though I would have chosen something just a little more dynamic and the exclusive interchangeable heads are great.
However, there is one thing that really disappoints me about this piece. The battery compartment on the bottom of the base keeps falling out.
I now have to figure out a way to fix this so it will stay in place. For the price paid for this item you would think something like the battery box would not be falling out. But with every piece Sideshow makes, there is always one thing that goes wrong. At least it is not something major unless the light-up lightsaber did not work or something, then it would be a real problem. Other than that I am happy with this piece.
