INTRODUCTION
As one of a species known to live for at least one thousand years, Jabba the Hutt had plenty of time to build up his ill-gotten empire. No other crime lord lived in such luxurious, palatial surroundings, where members of his court and a large collection of slaves immediately attended to his every need. The repulsive, slug-like Hutt had his fingers in just about every unseemly activity known, from elaborate smuggling operations to his early days on Tatooine when gambling on Podraces was as big as the sport itself.

Carbonite is a metal alloy that was made from carbon. It was mixed with Tibanna gas, compressed, and flash-frozen into blocks for transport. Han Solo was frozen in carbonite on Darth Vader's orders to test whether a human could survive being encased in carbonite. The modifications to the freezing chamber were successful in that Han lived through the freezing process and entered into suspended animation. Boba Fett delivered Han Solo to Jabba The Hutt’s palace where eventually Princess Leia who was disguised as Boushh freed Han Solo from the frozen prison.

The Han Solo and Carbonite block that is included with this playset is unique. Han is sculpted as if he was just released from the thawed Carbonite Block.

Weather you have the frozen Han Solo hanging on the walls or decide to thaw him out this Palace is ready for action figures. Place Jabba the Hutt up on this dais and see what villainy goes on inside the walls of the vile gangster’s palace.
