INTRODUCTION 
Wedge Antilles had piloted his X-Wing fighter through some of the Rebellion's most important battles against the evil Galactic Empire.  The young Corellian served as Red Two and flew as Luke Skywalker's wingman in the Battle of Yavin.  They were required to maneuver down a trench to a small thermal exhaust port to destroy the dreaded Death Star.

Wedge appeared in The Empire Strikes Back, as part of the Rogue Group in the Battle of Hoth.  Piloting his snowspeeder, he destroys one of the Empire's feared AT-AT's by using his harpoon and tow cable to trip the Imperial Walker.  In Return of the Jedi, Wedge served as Red Leader in the climactic Battle of Endor, where he led the Alliance starfighter attack, along with the Millenium Falcon, into the heart of the new, fully operational, Death Star, striking the final blow to the Galactic Empire.
