INTRODUCTION
The eighth figure in the growing line of Ultimate Quarter Scale figures is none other than that Jedi Master
Obi-Wan Kenobi. Yes this is the second Obi-Wan Kenobi in this line.
Obi-Wan Kenobi stands 19-inches tall, featuring voice and sound effects,
multi-layered cloth costumes, hyper-realistic sculpt and over
twenty-five points of articulation. Includes a display stand for
Obi-Wan Kenobi as he protects your collection.
By pushing on the stomach you can hear Obi-Wan Kenobi say the following:
- "Chancellor Palpatine, Sith Lords are our specialty."
- "With all due respect, Master, is he not the Chosen One? Is he not to destroy the Sith and bring balance to the Force?"
- "Only a Sith deals in absolutes."
- "You were the Chosen One! It was said that you would destroy the Sith, not join them. Bring balance to the Force, not leave it in darkness."
Obi-Wan Kenobi comes with the following accessories: Lightsaber with removable blade, Jedi Binoculars, three interchangeable hands and display stand.
On the side of the package is another fine piece of art by Dave Dorman.
The quality control on these figures is good but not great. Obi-Wan Kenobi can hold a pose and stands on his own two feet. As for accessories they were a good choice. On
Obi-Wan Kenobi's belt he does not have a place to hang his lightsaber.
The next release of the Ultimate Quarter Scale, which may be the very last of this now cancelled line is Han Solo from A New Hope.
