INTRODUCTION
Wave 2 of the Comic Books Packs has one classic line of characters
(Luke & R2-D2) while the others in this wave are based off of Clone
War era characters (Obi-Wan & ARC Trooper and Quinlan Vos and &
Vilmarh Grahrk).
Star Wars #5 - Quinlan Vos & Vilmarh Grahrk
Quinlan Vos awakens with no memory of who or where he is, and
immediately finds himself in peril, in the midst of a fierce blaze
and attacked by bounty hunters. He is saved by Vilmarh Grahrk, who
helps him escape and explains that bets are being placed on
Quinlan’s chances of survival. Vilmarh Grahrk or simply Villie
reveals that he has a personal stake in the outcome, but changes his
outlook when he sees Quinlan’s Jedi Skills in action. Both of these
figures are brand new sculpts. Way to go Hasbro!
Star Wars #6
- Luke Skywalker (Stormtrooper Disguise) & R2-D2
Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, and Chewbacca have rescued Princess Leia
but now they have to escape from the Death Star! After being hunted
by Stormtroopers and narrowly escaping a crushing end in the garbage
masher, the four are reunited with the droids R2-D2 and C-3P0 near
the Millennium Falcon. But tragedy looms as they watch Darth Vader
and Ben Kenobi face each other in a lightsaber dual to the death.
Luke is a repacked Han Solo with a head swap and R2-D2 is based on
an older Astromech design. When you turn his head his third (middle)
legs lowers from his body.
Star Wars #7
- Obi-Wan Kenobi (with Sith Torture Mask) & ARC Trooper
Obi-Wan Kenobi is sent to the rain-soaked world of Jabiim where the
war is going badly for the Republic Forces. The AT-AT walkers are
mired in mud, the opposition leader eludes capture, and much-needed
reinforcements will not arrive in time for this battle. With the
support of ARC trooper Alpha and Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi
launches a major attack… but will it be the last battle hi ever
fights? Obi-Wan Kenobi, captured by the opposition is tortured.
Obi-Wan is a repack but with a beat up cloak and cloth goods lower
robe. The ARC Trooper may share parts and pieces from other Clones
but has some new sculpts to it such as the battle worn skirt.
SUMMARY
Overall I think the second wave of Comic Book Packs are all a
winner. Hasbro said this line would continue at least until 2008.

the newer trilogy and comics I would like to see: Anakin Skywalker
(Episode 1), Qui-Gon Jinn, Jar Jar Binks and Darth Maul.
