INTRODUCTION
Clone Troopers arrive on Geonosis in Republic Gunships to support the Jedi, who are battling Geonosian warriors and battle droids. Troopers in armored spheres operate the
bubble-turret cannons that extend with laser fire in this opening salvo of the Clone Wars.
The two Clone Pilots have removable helmets and each come with a blaster.
The Pods are on a base so that they can stand alone as an individual gunnery points. By removing the base you can attach the Pod to any of the five Gunships that have been released thus far. Remember you will need two of the Pods to connect per Gunship.
I feel that this set is a welcomed item. Ever since the first Gunship was released in 2002 fans young and old have wanted the Pods.
Instead of including two Clone Pilots this set should have come with one Clone Pilot and one Clone Trooper for the Pod. That way when you purchase the two sets that you need to for your Gunship you will have the two Pilots and two Clones in the Pods instead of having extra pilots that you can use with other vehicles.
