INTRODUCTION
A Delta-7B starfighter is one of the ships flown by Jedi Master Plo Koon during the Clone Wars. Jedi starfighters are modified throughout the conflict to adapt them to changing needs. The
Delta-7B's chief modification is a centralized socket that can hold a separate astromech droid unit. Plo Koon flies a
Delta-7B fighter during the mission to destroy the Separatist warship Malevolence.
This is the sixth repaint of this vehicle. The only issue I see with these ships are that most of them DO NOT have the proper Clone Wars style droid to go into the droid socket. For this guide I am using the Plo Koon and
R4-F5 that was in the
Wal-Mart 2008 Droid Factory sets.
As with the other five repaints of this ship it has the opening cockpit to hold one figure, droid socket, firing missiles and it can separate into two separate ships for added play value. I would really like to see in the Clone Wars animated television show that just one time we get to see this ship separate.
These will probably be an easy score, so grab a Plo Koon figure and a droid of your choice and go save the galaxy.
