INTRODUCTION
Droid tri-fighters are powerful combat starships used by the Separatists during the Clone Wars. They are armed with three laser cannons and carry proton bombs. In the center of the fighter is a gyroscopic ball that houses the
droid's brain. These aggressive ships release buzz droids, which attach to Republic ships and tear them apart.
This is the third release of the Droid tri-fighter ship, the first seen back in 2005 when Star Wars Episode III
- Revenge of the Sith came out into theaters and the whole onslaught of toys that came with a movie year.
The next issue would be available in the Saga Collection (2006). The only difference with this ship or droid is the paint scheme that resembles more of what is to be seen in the Clone Wars animated television show.
Includes three folded (ball form) Buzz Droids and two unfolded Buzz Droids.
