INTRODUCTION
The Rebel base on Hoth is under attack! An All Terrain Scout Transport
(AT-ST) walker strides across the ground toward Echo Base. The
vehicle's blaster cannons and concussion launder give the walker plenty of firepower, while the height and mobility provide significant advantages during attacks. On the ground, Snowtroopers slam the Rebel base with laser fire from an
E-Web heavy repeating blaster.
Target is using the 2009 Wal-Mart exclusive
AT-ST for this new pack. What has changed is the AT-ST has a clean paintjob and unfortunately the legs are still using the weaker plastics and the joints are still loose making this vehicle hard to stand up and easily fall apart. One major complaint I had with this
AT-ST is that when I opened it up the legs were on backwards. I had to remove them, which was easy since they are just peg joints and switch them.
The AT-ST still utilizes a great feature of allowing you to choose from a realistic front chin gun to the larger firing chin guns.
The E-Web cannon is the same basic one being used again from way back in the POTF2 days but with the
modern red
projectile, which in my opinion is all right since it is a decent accessory.
You also get three action figures in this pack. Two of them are just repacks of the current Snowtrooper and then you get the
all-new AT-ST Driver. This figure is full of articulation and has a really nice sculpt. The only sad thing is that you only get one of this figure in this set. You really need two of him since the
AT-ST has room for two. So here is hoping that Hasbro makes this awesome action figure available in the 2011 line of toys, it is needed.
Overall I think Target has gotten the best of the 2010 exclusives and this set really puts the attack on to the other guide, Defense Of Hoth.
