INTRODUCTION:
The second wave included a
few repacks to start off the wave with #13 Obi-Wan Kenobi (2008 TLC
#44), #14 Anakin Skywalker (2005 Evolutions), and Jango Fett (2008
Legacy Evolutions). The eight figures (nine if you count the
Ewok two-pack) most collectors would want to add to their
collections was made up of characters from Return of the Jedi and
generated two Build-A-Droid astromechs in R3-M3 & R5-C7. There
were also several more fill-ins for this wave: #25 Saleucami Trooper (2007 Battle Pack), #26 ARC Trooper (2008 Order 66), Clone Scuba Trooper (2008 TLC #10).
Another note would have to be the cancellation of the #24 General
Grievious.
17 - Princess Leia
(Slave Outfit)
Made a slave by Jabba the
Hutt, Princess Leia bides her time as the plan to free Han Solo
comes together. The resourceful and courageous princess uses the
very chains enslaving her to put an end to Jabba's corrupt reign as
the crime lord of Tatooine.
18 - Ewoks -
Paploo & Nho'Apakk
Nho'Apakk and Paploo are
two of the Ewoks who inhabit the forested moon of Endor. Like all
Ewoks, they prefer to avoid confrontation but are fearsome warriors
when threatened. They fight alongside the Rebels to subdue the
stormtroopers during the Battle of Endor, ultimately helping to
defeat the Empire.
19 - Nien Numb -
B-wing Pilot
Nien Numb is a B-wing
Pilot who attend the Rebel Alliance briefing prior to the Battle of
Endor. Because of his great skills as a pilot and navigator, he is
later given the temporary assignment of co-pilot for the Millennium
Falcon during this crucial battle.
21 - Giran
Giran is a Nikto Guard who
helps Malakili take care of the vicious rancor in the chamber below
Jabba's lair. A warrior species with a reputation for shady activities,
the Nikto are loyal to the Hutts and work in Jabba's palace and on
his sail barge.
22 - Malakili -
(Rancor Keeper)
The vicious rancor that
dwells beneath Jabba's palace has one true friend: Malakili. The
Corellian is in charge of caring for the bloodthirsty beast. He
treats the rancor like a cherished pet, and is overcome with grief
when Luke puts an end to the creature.
23 - Nikto Gunner
Jabba the Hutt employs
Nikto to serve as guards in his palace and on his sail barge and
skiffs. The Nikto are a warrior species that are used to hot desert
climates, making them suitable for Jabba's purposes - until that
fateful day at the Pit of Carkoon.
28 - Ugnaught
On Cloud City Ugnaughts
operate the carbon-freezing chambers that are typically used to
freeze Tibanna Gas, but can also freeze living matter. Ugnaughts
work in Bespin's Tibanna gas processing plants or as general
laborers in the city.
Build-A-Droid
R3-M3
R3-M3 was an R3-series astromech droid which served the Galactic Empire aboard the first Death Star. He was most likely destroyed along with the space station over the planet Yavin.

R5-C7
R5-C7 was an R5-series astromech droid. During the Clone Wars, he resided on Tatooine.
