We have seen only one or two other attempts at Luke in this apparel back in the late nineties in the Power of the Force collection. Our friend Adam Pawlus at Galactic Hunter has also pointed out the version in the Princess Leia collection. Neither would compare to the newest incarnation. While I admit all he really did was walk down an aisle and stand in place during this scene, I expect a lot more out of an action figure. At least they saved the farm boy look for a future wave! Even though the previous version could be pending Balco investigation, the first thing you'll notice is the correct scale of this figure. |
| Spice - I have to give this figure a thumbs up, for the simple fact it is such a great fit for the thirtieth celebration. The figure that was on the market and still pretty easy to find wasn't near as good as the latest Yavin Luke. You should have a pretty easy time finding this one and for most it should be a welcome addition. |

| + | A very slick blaster/holster design. |
| + | This is ten times better than the Power of the Force mold. |
