Spice: The best thing about a wave that transcends through a couple of the prequel films is the fact they actually can correct previous errors. The two previous versions from AotC were terrible. The first, whether mole or no mole, appeared as if she were stuck in a perpetual Secret commercial. I won't even get into how bad it was to pose. It was one of the very first figures we started with back in 2002. The Droid Factory chase was just as flawed with that stupid look on her face and that nasty counterweight Hasbro called a cape. The only thing I could think about when I opened this figure was did they finally get it right?

The first thing I immediatley noticed was the facial expression. Although she appears rather focused, you can easily see they did a much better job this time around. However it's very easy to see they simply used the body from the second release. This would have been alright if the knee joints were not so bad.  I'm not sure if it's the package insert but the right leg just seems to kick inward so bad you need the insert stand. This is disappointing because if they are going the extra mile on the head, then why not go all out and have it done correctly? Is it too much to ask for high quality?

I'm a little bit surprised they only packaged her with the Battle Droid blaster and not her mini-pistol which fit into the holster quite snug. The had the foresight to go back and add "dirt" to her knees but lacked the ability to allow her to stand on her own two feet. The scratches on across her back courtesy of the Nexu were also a very nice touch. Okay Troopers, get your minds out of the gutter and I'll quit referring to dirty knees and back scratches! If I could have anything else changed, I would have to say put a nice soft-goods cape and you might have had a perfect figure.

FINAL THOUGHTS:
Spice - If you are going to do it again and make any changes whatsoever, go all out and do a good job. The fact is the Star Wars community deserves better for their 6-12 dollars that retailers are charging these days. It has been awhile since I turned the thumb down but this in my opinion was quite a lazy effort and not worth our money.

+   The face is much better than previous versions.
-   Fix the knees or make a better package insert.
+    Good idea to add "battle damage".
-   Why not go all out on the third attempt?
