Click thumbnail for large image Spice: While once again we enjoy a part of our current collections, this piece is a little easier to stomach. Who couldn't use another Stormtrooper? However I must say the choice for the background could have been the Troops blasting through the walls of the Tantive IV! Our first ever sighting of the dreaded Imperial Stormtroopers. While there is no commtech chip, you do get that snappy black base to display him with. Who could possibly not want another rifle rack in their collection?

Click thumbnail for large image There was not much done other than a new wrapper but this Stormtrooper is perhaps the best ever done to date. The poseable head is perhaps the finest touch, for all of you who remember the shorted out commlink in A New Hope. They added quite a few points of articulation to this mold vs. the older PotF 2 versions that are slightly too short, and very disproportioned overall.

Click thumbnail for large image This is a good example of what to reproduce. Stormtroopers are always a sure sell, because so many people buy them up in quantity. I only makes sense to make more of these instead of millions of Orn Free Ta. Good judgment isn't used in production unfortunately and this is where we get pegwarmers from. This figure will be scalper bait for sure, so do not hesitate to pick him up instead of some of the other OTC rehashes, I predict this will not hang on the pegs long.

Spice - What can I say, they finally made something I could put a thumb up about. C-3P0 and the others are enough to tick off the Pope, but something like this is a welcome sight. Even though once again you probably own several already.
