Spice: It was nice to see OTC get started in a solid direction. The 1998 Red Card left much to be desired and perhaps there was never a more disproportioned figure ever. While the retro-style sleek new look has the carded collector in awe, it is the loose collector who really benefits.

It is refreshing to see Hasbro be creative and make the figures interact with one another. If you are lucky enough to acquire Yoda, you will see how great these two figures bring Dagobah to life. While it appears you may have a one pose wonder, you have to use the additional arms and head that are packed in with the interlocking base.

When you utilize the additional parts you can re-create the rigorous Jedi Training Yoda put Luke through. You can see they put dirt and the hair upside down to add even more detail. They definitely hit a home run on the first release and if this is what is in store for us down the line, I can say it's going to be great to be a Star Wars collector.

FINAL THOUGHTS:
Spice - The OTC line is going to be great for both new and old Star Wars collectors. While I did not look forward to seeing Luke Dagobah again, I was happy to see they at least made a new figure. When you get it cracked open and mixed in with the others is is a loose collectors delight and a diorama builders dream come true. Thumbs up, what a great way to kick it off.

+     Great figure, paint and concept - near flawless design
-     They could have put articulation in the knees to make it that much better.
-     It could have had a little more wear and tear on the clothes.
+     With the success of this figure, we may see more combination sets like Dagobah OTC.
