Spice: While I can clearly read OTC on the package, I can't help but think "Attack of the Clones". Let's go over it real fast. PotJ, the Bounty Hunter 4-pack. We have it, dressing it up in a new wrapper isn't cool. Carded collectors beware, even though the end is in sight, it's not going to get too much better until next year. Yes, it is the greatest version of IG-88 to date. However I don't recall too many people saying they missed out on this figure over the last four and a half years. What could they do to IG-88 to improve it? Maybe one thing, not re-issue it.

Bossk is much like IG-88, a very intriguing character, but this was released six months prior. There is very little chance the average collector missed out. I really don't see the logic in the constant re-distribution of the same thing that went out the door six months ago. It's quite possible this being the end of the Saga line they didn't make as many, although once again I don't recall Troopers writing in about the shortage of Bossk. They did get it down this time, and it blows away the PotF Green Card. Right down to the scales,  it's a dead likeness. The mysterious lizard-like creature, who's only dialogue was a growl somehow finds it's way into our wallet multiple times.

Where have we seen this? And how many more are to come? Click thumbnail for large image
Perhaps another explanation is Bounty Hunters tend to flat out sell. Any version of Boba Fett other than 2002 Kamino Escape Saga has been known to fly off the pegs. However Boba Fett is one thing, the lackeys standing next to him on the bridge are another. Maybe I'm the bad guy and there are droves of Bounty Hunter starved Star Wars fans desperately searching the globe for these figures, but I'd doubt it. Maybe you did pass up the other versions, don't worry you'll have a chance to score. They'll be sitting next to Obi-Wan, R2-D2 and Han Solo. I'm sorry but I'd rather see different characters from Episodes I and II than to waste money like this.

FINAL THOUGHTS:
Spice - Why Hasbro why? There has to be something you could put out rather than twenty plus reissues. I'm getting tired of wondering when I will see something really worth buying. My Yoda magic eight-ball is telling me "don't bet on it". I just expect better from the toy line that redefined the way the action figure is made and sold.

-     They could have just stuck us with the other versions, which appear to be better
-     I understand they are part of the Original Trilogy, but it's getting very old
