If you did happen to venture
out looking for Star Wars figures last winter, chances are you found Juno
Eclipse. It seemed like she was one of the lone leftovers you could find in that
rare event you did find a new wave of figures. Without a doubt the portrait on
the package does a great job of capturing her beauty, and needless to say I
think Hasbro did a great job of immortalizing her in plastic in their first
attempt. What did they do to make the Ace of the Rogue Shadow one fine
Imperial Pilot? I'll do my best to cover the numerous highlights. |

we start at the top we have to begin with the removable cap, as I'm not sure
this has been done on any other Hasbro figure except maybe Gung-Ho from G.I.
Joe. Needless to say they did a great job of making it the perfect size. While I
can't say I'm too impressed with the pulled-back, man-chick hair do she's
sporting. Overall I really think they did a fantastic job on the facial
features. If they missed anywhere, it might be the hair color being too light. I
seem to remember it being darker in some of the cut-scenes. Which could also
bring up the point of why they made this outfit or version of her first? I think I'd have rather
seen her in the dirty t-shirt or pilot gear we saw her in most of the time
aboard the Rogue Shadow. |

really isn't a whole lot to complain about as far as articulation is concerned
either. As they spared no expense with movable wrists, feet, knees, elbows,
waist and neck. I especially like the added detail the put on the gloves.
While I do think the blaster is essential for just about any Star Wars figure, I
might have liked to seen a couple of repair tools or accessories packed in. It
seems like they could have added a little bit more but I guess that is the price
you pay for a near perfect figure. The articulation probably messed up their
spending until 2010, poor Hasbro! Needless to say I wish they could make them
all this sweet, we deserve it. |
FINAL
THOUGHTS:
 |
Spice -
I flat out enjoy it when they give us something all-new. With the
figures costing more and more money, we deserve a superior product
every time out. I can live with the hair color being a few shades off
as long as everything else is as good as it is supposed to be. Thumbs
up for the lovely lady! |

Great
character and officer mold but would have liked to seen the pilot
first. |

I'm glad they're not doing my
gal's hair! |

This
should set the standard of quality on all figures. |
