Happy Memorial Day!
Latest Q&A from HasbroWe would like to wish each and every member a Happy Memorial Day! Please enjoy the holiday with your friends and families, but don't forget to take a moment to remember Freedom isn't Free. You should also remember to take a moment to think of all the men and women who have given the ultimate sacrifice so we can have this holiday. We thank each and every member of our armed forces for doing what they do, and we will pray for the safe return of those still on active duty. Even though the world might be a bit safer than it was thirty days ago, there should be no celebration in the death of anyone, even an enemy. We should continue to put our individual efforts on what we can do to leave a positive impression on not only this great nation, but also the world! United We Find.

    Hasbro Q & A Session: Welcome Back!
Latest Q&A from HasbroWe have received our first batch of questions for the year 2011, and Hasbro has sent a schedule that we're going to do our best to stick to for the rest of the year. Also to further benefit the community, we have joined forces with many of the other participants to try to insure we don't see any repeat questions. We asked the questions: 1) "Hey hasbro Are we ever going to get Dooku's solar sailer or a ship for Assaj Ventress?" and 2) "We had some very good success with Star Wars fans with small scale Galactic Battle Game Tournaments at the Sandtroopers.com Battle Station. Is there any chance Hasbro would OFFICIALLY consider doing a large scale event at Comic-Con or better a Star Wars Celebration event?" If you have one you have been sitting on this year, please visit the forums and no doubt you'll like the answer to the second question! United We Find.

It seems while "the Maker" has been producing Star Wars television shows, video games, comics, conventions and everything that goes along with it, quietly he has been building his passion Edutopia. For those of us who spend an awful lot of time complaining about the toys, continuity ripples, Darth Vader toasters and everything else that burns us about the hobby, you might want to take a moment to see how much this has already helped and potentially could help the failing, dysfunctional schools in America. Sandwatch Sneak Peek: Getting your Blu-Ray Juices Flowing!
Happy or singing the blues? We have a minor Sandwatch Sneak Peek gallery this morning, in the form of the upcoming Blu-Ray Release Commemorative Figure and Mini-Poster Collection. They put together quite an interesting selection of figures for each set, and most include newer, updated versions with removable helmets but they're still repacks. While there's not a whole lot in terms of "new" in the figures, there seems to be mixed reviews on these sets that were revealed at Toy Fair last February. For more, check out the packaged and loose gallery until they hit retail!

Mos Eisley News Brief: NEVER Forget!
Never Forget! We have a very special photo gallery I'd like to share with our readers in light of the events that have transpired over the past 24 hours. It was four years ago in 2007 in New York City, and I had just come off of the high of meeting the great George Lucas for the very first time at the Toy of the Year ceremony. On the last day of the trip, I was faced with the dilemma of going on a tour at Madison Square Garden with Jimsjedi, or going to lower Manhattan to see Ground Zero. As great of a fan that I am of the New York Knicks, I know in my heart that I made the right choice. Keep in mind these photos came six years after the destruction, but no doubt this was such an unforgettable experience for me, and I felt it was appropriate to share these photos today. It is a sobering reminder of why we all need to remember Freedom isn't Free. God Bless the United States of America, and United We Find.
