Mos Eisley News Brief: Lend a Hand if you Can!
There have been quite a few sites posting about a young lad named Eli this week, he has been diagnosed with a rare life-threatening disease called Severe Aplastic Anemia, a disease of the bone marrow. Severe Aplastic Anemia also affects the immune system making it difficult for those who have it to be out in public. You can imagine how this makes it hard to get out and do things, visit with people, or even shop for Star Wars toys. Check out the forums for the full story, and special report from fellow YouTuber Kessel Run Review and if you can help out, please do. Thanks again to forum member DarthDaddy for pointing us in the right direction, United We Find!

Mos Eisley News Brief: Donate to Sandtroopers.com!
We have gotten a lot of good feedback from fans this past weekend at C2E2; many asked what they could do to help our cause. Well you all can imagine the costs of hosting a website that contains the thousands of images, reports and guides that have entertained you for over a decade. It is also very expensive to take our Battle Station out on the road and after a few years of showing people what we can do, we decided we could probably do a little more with YOUR help.

So if you are a fan of Sandtroopers.com and would like to show your appreciation for what we do, please donate whatever you can afford. Just click the small button in our Sponsors area, and whether it's a few dollars or even a small chunk of change, I promise to make the most if it with our site functions. United We Find!

Mos Eisley News Brief: Not very Puzzling at All!
Great job Tyler! Some of you recall a post in mid-February that my son Tyler wanted to share with our Troopers. As he was very proud of the first of two collector puzzle sets he got for Valentine's Day. Well it took him a little bit longer to assemble the five hundred piece, with a little more reason than it being two hundred more than the first. The shinier, smaller pieces were a bit more of a challenge, even with a little bit of help from the family. As some of you may or may not know, Tyler has Sturge-Weber Syndrome that limits him to some degree. While he's always enjoyed puzzles, he liked the other one better because it featured prequel characters. That kind of talk is blasphemous in this house, but it really is good to see the fandom passed from generations!

Sandwatch Sneak Peek: Wedge Carded & Loose
Come on already! Now that we're finally going to see Wedge Antilles in the vintage line, we have carded and loose photos of the final product. It really makes you wonder why it's taking so long to get this figure into the main line? In any case, the Return of the Jedi cardback takes you right back to 1983, and it'd be nice to see a few more of the other Rebel Pilots updated. For more check out the small photo gallery and sound off in the forums!

Dewback Preview: Battle Station to Invade C2E2
I was trying to keep our imminent invasion of C2E2 more of a surprise attack, however the crew at Sandtroopers.com would be honored if you would join us at Booth 924 for the "Fixer Mixer" at the second annual C2E2 event at McCormick Place in Chicago, IL. We will be hosting the Galactic Battle Game Tournament once again, and we'll be holding daily competition in both kids and collectors brackets. We will be joined by autograph guests Doug Wangler (Quinlan Vos) and Anthony Forrest (Sandtrooper / Fixer - ANH). We would like to thank our friends at Jett's Toy Hutt for their assistance with the guests, for what will be a very special celebration! Stay tuned to Sandtroopers for details during the next couple weeks, and we hope to see our ground forces in the Windy City. United We Find!
