Sandwatch Guides: Utapau Shadow Trooper mini-helmet LIVE!
Get the wallet handy! Our Sandwatch Guides are updated with an item that could possibly be the last Star Wars exclusive from Master Replicas. The scaled mini-helmets are going to end before they really get started, seeing as Corgi International canceled the line. Sandwatch Guides: Premium Format Han Solo
A little old smoothie with the DX Suck It!Our Sandwatch Guides are updated again as we backtrack a little bit to gather what is missing from our galleries from Sideshow Collectibles. The Premium Format line has excelled over the past few years and one of the very first, Han Solo provides the collector with one of the most accurate sculpts of Harrison Ford to date. Although this sample was the standard edition we've even managed to add a frame of the exclusive Medal of Yavin that was included with the exclusive version.

Sandtrooper Tim Reports:
“I went to Target this morning here and used the code and punched it in the scanner for the Order 66 figures and guess what in stock. While I was waiting on him I looked and they had a new endcap set up that was fully stocked with Aayla's Starfighter and Kashyyyk Battle Packs and the Galactic Heroes Battle on Mustafar and Battle on Endor with exclusive Baby Ewoks. The Endor set was too cute not to buy so I got one. At the top of the endcap it said Special Price everything was $19.99.”

What Happens in Vegas...
Yesterday at ShoWest, a theater owners convention, George Lucas took his Clone Wars preview to the sin city of Las Vegas and debuted more clips of the upcoming Clone Wars series. He stated in an interview, "It's like `Band of Brothers' in space, with Jedi, you can tell lots of stories. They come up all the time." He also is moving forward with a live-action "Star Wars" TV show focusing largely on new characters removed from the Skywalker family. That show will be set in the decades between "Revenge of the Sith" and the period when the original film, 1977's "Star Wars," takes place. So can fans ever get enough of Star Wars? "I don't know," Lucas said. "I'm thankful every year that it keeps going." Please check out this article for all the details.

Sandtrooper dustrho Reporting In:
S.C.A.L.P. Weapons SupplierAfter weeks of not finding a single new Star Wars product in stores, I finally found some new items that put a huge smile on my face! The Wal-Mart on Route 59 in Oswego had lots of new figures on their pegs, as I picked up Juno Eclipse, Imperial Jumptrooper, Tri-Droid, Po Nudo, Mustafar Panning Droid, Kashyyyk Trooper, and the Comic 2-pack #14 (Lieutenant Jundland (Luke Skywalker) & Deena Shan). That was an outstanding discovery for me! They also had several new Titanium Vehicles, but all of which were simple re-paints so I passed on those. The Target just across the street had lots of new Bobble Heads (Jawa, Gamorrean Guard, Greedo and more) and Evolution sets (Sith and Jedi), but I passed on the Sith one as I wasn't totally impressed with it. If it were maybe $15 instead of the $20 I would have picked it up, but the paint application on the figures was not done very well. And lastly, my buddy Darth Berger hooked me up with the battle damaged Darth Vader figure and McQuarrie Starkiller, so I'm very thankful for his assistance with those. With that said, it was a very good day for this trooper! United We Find!

Sandtwatch Action Figure Review: R2-Shank You!
Hey Troops, our inspection of wave 7 is near complete as we're hoping to get into some of the current 2008 waves in the near future. We have a little bit of unfinished business with some of the lesser offerings like R2-D2 with Cargo Net. How many times will we see this R2 mold used before the Big H understands the idea they got their back money from their investment? Feel free to offer your own feedback about the T.A.C. collection. Until then enter if you dare!

Please Spice, don't hurt 'em!

News from the Net: Bai Ling doing that Ryder thing!
Our old friend Sandtrooper Jedichirp tipped us off on a classic case of "what was she thinking"? It seems former Revenge of the Sith cut-scene queen Bai Ling has turned up in the news recently. Only this time it appears that singing isn’t the only thing the actress does poorly. According to a report at Eonline she was arrested for shoplifting on February 13, and you’d never guess what she was trying to heist out of LAX! For more check out the

Sandtrooper Campaign 2008: Operation Make It Better
United We Make a Difference! It has been well documented the team at Sandtroopers.com has made attempts over the years to help several charities and good causes. The feeling of reaching out and helping someone in need is something we as collectors probably do not think about or contribute to enough. Therefore in 2008 we'll be launching our Make It Better campaign. These groups have some very personal meaning to some of our staff and our charities scroll will be carried across Sandtroopers, the Jawa and Well of the Souls.com to generate awareness for these groups. Every third month of the quarter we will accept donations and rotate between one of our selected charities, throughout the year and hopefully we can do our part to help make a difference. Please visit our official Make It Better page to see how we've incorporated our yearly Toy Fair giveaway into the opening drive to begin our "mercy mission". The cut-off date to donate is March, 31 2008. Registered Forums members only, as we are using screen ID's to select the winners. We ask that you please include this in the notes box on the donation form. For just three dollars you can enter to win one of two Toy Fair lithographs that were given away in New York City! Stop by and sound off if you have any questions, United We Find!

Sandtrooper Darth Pharoah Reports:
Goes down Souf!“DarthPharaoh here. It’s been a while but things are starting to hop again in the Hoth-lanta area. I say that as it’s been way cold until the last few days. At any rate, wave 1 of 08 showed up a few weeks ago but in very limited numbers. Now waves 1 and 2 are here and are more plentiful. The new ships have also been found around and the new Evolution sets, which I must say are friggin’ sweet! (Gee, that sounds familiar), are almost plentiful. The new Galactic Heroes Falcon (I know, not new, but for my son it is) pack is around as well. The SA 501st trooper has been found in good numbers too. Wow, now I just need the final Legends wave to show and I’m set until July! Except for exclusives of course. Stay strong troops. United we do find!”
