Sandtrooper Erik Reports:
S.C.A.L.P. Patrol- Southern Illinois!“While debating as to whether or not E-85 production will complete revitalize the economy of Decatur, IL (likely answer: not bloody well likely), I had time for a store run today. Both Wal-Marts, north and south, were Dead on Arrival. Wal-Mart South had pegs completely empty of 3.75” figures, while Wal-Mart North was teeming with what has become the standard pegwarmers for 2006: Derlin, Veers, and Rieekan. Oh, there was a Snowtrooper and an R2 on the pegs…but most troopers have already scored these. Our Target, however, was a completely different story, as one case of the Geonosis wave was put on the pegs this morning. I grabbed six for myself (including the elusive Scorch and Utapau Clone), completing my wave, and two for fellow troopers. Let it be known: Monday morning is a good time to hit the Target in Decatur. Now that the Geonosis wave has been slayed, its time for a brief rest…until next month, when the Coruscant wave inevitably hits. Keep on Troopin’!”

Dewback Patrol: Indianapolis Comic Book Show
Indianapolis Comic Book ShowHey troopers! Fellow trooper Jedichirp has added another successful mission to our Dewback Patrol that took place in Indianapolis today, and the event is known as the Indianapolis Comic Book Show. Of course you're going to find yourself staring at vendors' booths that are full of comic books, but if you're lucky you just might find one of those very hard-to-find items that you've been desperately seeking to add to your collection. Even though this particular show has had bigger outcomes in the past, it still had an overall good turnout. Check out the photos and report Chad prepared for us here.

Sandwatch Action Figure Reviews: Big Fac'n Deal!
Hey Troops, Sandwatch Action Figure Reviews have been updated with a figure that is about 4 years late, but thanks to the Saga Collection #016 Sun Fac - the Battle of Geonosis, we all get a taste of what should have been. It's too bad we are only seeing a few good ones released in a handful of Holographic variation turmoil. We deserve the best, as Hasbro had some of the best profits for toy companies last year. Feel free to offer your own feedback about the Saga collection. Until then enter if you dare!

Beating The Scalpers To The Punch!
Sandtrooper Dan here with a story of one North woods Wife who knows how to beat the system. While shopping at our local Mills Fleet Farm here in Wausau yesterday my wife discovered the Hoth wave of figures hanging on the pegs in the toy aisle. She also noticed a fresh un-opened case right above that she was able to open up and pick through, it was a fresh Geonosian case and that's when I got the call. She asked me what numbers I was looking for and I told her #21 and #26 that was it. When she arrived home later just like Hoodini pulling a rabbit from his hat the Wife was pulling a minty fresh Scorch and Utaupau Trooper out of all things, but a Mills Fleet Farm bag. She informed me that they also had a full stock of Star Wars Transformers as well. Thanks Baby for the OUTSTANDING finds!

I checked out our local Wal-Mart in Rib Mountain last night and if you're looking for the Unleashed sets, fresh Titanium ships or you're still in need of a Lightsaber that's the store to hit up. Not a 3 3/4 inch figure in site however. That's the latest scoop from the North woods of Wisconsin, good luck in your neck of the woods!

S.C.A.L.P. Elite Forces“HothChad from Central Minnesota, it’s been awhile since I posted anything because it’s been pretty quite around here. Today I found the Geo wave at Wal-Mart in Monticello. My first sighting of these anywhere in my area. All were there minus Scorch, Jango, and Clone. So start hitting the pavement they are going to start hitting big real soon. Remember to keep the figures out of the hands of the scalpers. Trade or sell them to other Troopers. HothChad Out!”

Burger King's Super- D Toys Collection and ... MORE
In May of 2005 Burger Kings throughout the Galaxy took on the Star Wars decoration, the promotion and the emotion of eating a fatty burger wrapped in galactic paraphernalia. For many, a Whopper with a Star Wars toy became more than a dream come true for others the toy was the precious reward after an unwanted food session of heavily packed calories.

Now that the months have passed, all the toys have been entrapped and memories start to fade, this Guide will take us way, way back to the early days of bell bottoms, burgers and Star Wars premiums. Most important, it will be a constant reminder of the incredible Burger King 2005 Revenge of the Sith Campaign, not only at a national level but internationally as well, offering the most complete in depth look you can find of this promotion. Enjoy!

And don't forget to look us up very soon for another spoonful of saturated fats as I will explore Burger King's Revenge of the Sith DVD campaign... Stay tuned to Sandtroopers.com, folks!

Poll: Favorite Modern Line?
TarkinThanks to the very loyal trooper ADayintheLife1979, we are currently running a poll in our forums asking the following question: "Excluding The SAGA Collection, since it has just been released, what is your favorite modern line of 3.75" figures, vehicles, and applicable playsets?" In just over a day we've had fourteen troopers vote, and so far the line that's winning is the OTC/VOTC/POTC one. Make sure you visit to the forums to cast your vote now, and make sure you explain why you chose to go with that line.

Sandtroopette Donna Reports:
The First Lady of ST.com!“Hi Troops, Donna from So Cal. Target seems to be the only retailer stocking new items. Along with the pegwarmers of Bib Fortuna, Major Derlin, and General Rieekan, Target seems to be putting out one case of the Geonosis wave every 1-2 weeks. I have been able to locate 5 figs from the wave but keep missing Sora Bulq and of course Scorch and the Utapau Trooper. Took a trip to Sacramento over the weekend and stopped by a couple of Targets in No Cal. At the Vallejo Target, found remains of the Geonosis wave. And at the Vacaville Target, I found the new wave of Transformers (Anakin and Maul) and the new Jabba the Hutt Attacktix Battle Masters. Lastly, does anyone have an extra Titanium Clone Wars Republic Gunship? Have a white TIE Fighter to trade or let me know what you need. Happy Hunting to all!”

Sandtrooper Dead Hero Reports: Gettin' Scorched!
Who's Dead?“Troops! The Quarry Shopping Center in Countryside, IL (Hodgkins/LaGrange) was the place to be today despite the Seattle-esque weather. I had thought that the booby prize was all I was getting from Wal-Mart when I left with nothing but a Star Wars Choppers shelf display. But, making my way over to Target, knocking over a myriad of carts with my Rubicon, at least three cases of the Saga Geonosis wave were awaiting. Every figure from the wave, even 026 Clone Trooper was present, except Scorch. I ran one of the UPCs under the scanner and saw 'In Stockroom: Yes.' Five minutes later, a nice lady came out with a handful of figures for me and Scorch made his escape, eyebrows intact. My recommendation? Stay 'on Target' Troopers!”

Scorch has landed in Indiana
Class is in session, suckers!“JACKPOT! This morning while on a NW Indiana Mega-Hunt for the Geo wave, I hit paydirt! I started at Wal-Mart in Portage, where they had all kinds of boxes of stuff stacked in the aisles, but not one new Star Wars item to be found. From there it was off to Merrillville, to check their Target and Wal-Mart, both with no luck. On a whim, I decided to give the Target in St. John a shot, and that's where I found the mother lode! 2 cases worth of the Geo wave, complete with Sora Bulq, Clone Trooper, and Scorch! I grabbed an extra Scorch for an opener. After that, while still on my new find high, I tried Wal-Mart in Schererville and Target and Meijer in Highland, all with empty pegs. Overall, a rather frustrating morning in that most stores still have almost nothing, but at least I finally found my figs! On a side note, my wife, who is a Yoda collector, pointed out the fact that this Yoda was a repack! Now that's a sure sign that the repacks are becomming all too common! Keep vigilant Troopers, and remember to check your Targets right away at open for best luck! Transmission out.”

The Entire Star Wars Saga on TV
From Jimsjedi: "In case you missed it in the latest Star Wars Insider (#86), the television network Spike TV will be airing the entire six-film saga in April of 2008. They also purchased the rights for the network premiere of Revenge of the Sith. Senior VP of Programming Robert Friedman said Star Wars has been a major cultural influence for almost thirty years, and that this is one of the most important film acquisitions in the history of Spike TV. Also in the same issue of the Insider, Bantha Tracks Volume #17, they have the "Best of the Year" issue and on page 70 forum member Rogue Jedi Princess (RJP), is pictured in her Slave Leia costume with a few other slaves. Sandtrooper Gran3131 Reports:
Hoth, Minnesota!“Gran3131 reporting in from the Metro area of Minnesota after a long ride on the Dewback. It has been pretty slow around the metro area. Today I was able to go to about ten Targets but had no luck finding Scorch or the Utapau clone. All but two of the Targets had the Geonosis wave, but again no Troopers, I guess I was just a little late. The Targets that I made my way to were Eagen, Lakeville super, Burnsville, Savage super, Chaska super, Shakopee, Chanhassen, Edina, Bloomington and Eden Praire. It is always nice to see new figures, I still wish the ROTS line was around, but we have some great stuff to look forward to in the upcoming months. For any of you Minnesota readers that have not joined up in the forums you really should. I read the front page for about four months before I finally joined after being helped out by another Minnesota Trooper HothChad. He is just one of the great Troopers that are part of this site. We all work together and it has made it a lot easier to find the new Star Wars items that are coming out. If you are like me and also like to collect statues and mini bust there are always interesting conversations going on about them as well. It would be great if we could widen our S.C.A.L.P. patrol radius in Minnesota to put a stop to the scalpers once and for all. United we Find.”

Sandtrooper Newfiend Reports:
“Hello Troops, sorry for not reporting in sooner but for the most part up in the Great Northeast we have been having a bit of a dry spell as far as new figures go. I am not sure what the heck is wrong with Wal-Mart but they have pulled the pegs for the Saga Figures completely. They aren’t even stocking them it seems. I have all but given up on them and have been haunting my local Target’s in the Area. They seem to get the latest waves in but they are here then gone within the day. It definitely pays to be vigilant on hitting the stores on an almost daily basis. Otherwise you’re going to miss the wave completely or miss the best figures.

I was lucky enough to hit it this morning on my way to work and was able to get the entire Coruscant wave including the Utapau Clone and Scorch. Those are really some awesome looking figures if you get a chance to get your hands on them. They put out 3 cases in the AM and I can confirm that there is only one Scorch and one Utapau clone per case. This makes is very difficult to track down so be vigilant to Target daily. Sora Bulq is also short packed. Lots of the 3PO variants and yoda’s per case. Jango is moderately packed. Sun Fac and Poggle are abundant. The Wal-Mart in Hadley, Massachusetts is worthless, no pegs and no Figures. The Target is hit and miss they have a few figures left as of this evening. Poggle, Sun Fac, and lots of Yoda. The rest were cleaned out by 5PM this evening. I went back to get another Sora Bulq and got lucky enough to find ONE left. I am going to hit the Wal-Mart in Keene New Hampshire and KB over the weekend and repot in after that to let you know what’s available. Keep Vigilant and stay on Target!”

Sandtrooper Bobafred Reports:
Desert Warfare“Bobafred chiming in from the San Fernando Valley...Just wanted to confirm Darth Eddie's Geonisis sighting. I was at Wal-Mart in Simi Valley (Sorry... Teffie1, Sand Snipe, & RJP) this afternoon when I ran into the Hasbro Rep., with two cases of figs, low and behold I found wave 2.5 to be most rewarding on case fresh Clones, plus Sora Bulq. My local Wally World has yet to drop this wave. So Cal Dom is right in expressing the one Clone per wave funk. If these figs are still needed, I suggest 7am Wal-Mart greeting, followed with the Target of your choice as needed (hitting it hard!). These are barely going to hit those barren Wally World shelves Troop's so stay on it, and remember the early bird gets the worm, and the worm gets scorched! I would like to express my Thanks, and happiness to the Dewback Patrol for the awesome Toy Fair Coverage! Bobafred on the Hunt!”

Sandtrooper SoCal Dom Reports:
One of SoCal's Finest!“It has been awhile since I have posted, not much was going on around here in So Cal. We were blessed with an abundance of the Carkoon wave, but the Hoth wave has been hit and miss. I went into my 3 local Targets yesterday (Murrieta, Menifee and Hemet) and all were semi-stocked with the Geonosis wave. All had Sun Fac, Poggle the Lesser and Yoda, one had both 3POs, the other 2 had Sora Bulq. None had Jango, Scorch or the Utapau clone (what a surprise!). At only one per case, these may be a bit hard to find at first but hopefully they will pack these a little bit more abundantly in future waves. Anyways, if anyone has extras of Scorch, Jango or the Utapau clone, drop me a line. By the way, what is up with Wal-Mart? These guys have had nothing new for over 2 weeks. You would think they would keep the shelves stocked of one of the most popular items.

On a side note, I am somewhat disappointed with the items being released right now. I realize that the movies are over, but Hasbro is catering mostly to the younger generation with lightsabers, choppers, etc. As a matter of fact, I have been lured into the more "collector" type items such as mini-busts, bust ups and Kotobukiya (I now have 12). The Snowtrooper just arrived and it is awesome. Good luck everyone!”

Sandtrooper Jeditaz Reports:
“So far I have had no luck with Geonosis here on the Delaware/Maryland Shore. The local target has 5 employees that are collectors that work there that gets first dibs...and I’m sure that if Geonosis has been there, I wouldn’t know it. Wal-Mart’s are dry...a couple of them have even filled the basic figure pegs with Unleashed Battle Packs. Toys R Us has some Hoth and Carkoon waves pegwarming...other than the Army Builders. K mart just finally put out some Carkoon wave. That’s about it on this front. If anyone has a Scorch and Sora Bulq for trade or sale.... please email me. Also have a trade list in the forum under Jediprimus. Any help would be appreciated, as this area seems like it will be a dead end for quite some time. Thanks.”

S.C.A.L.P. Patrol- Southern Illinois!“Hello, Troopers! Just wanted to post a quick update to my previous report. The Geonosis wave is finally starting to hit Decatur, IL at our Target (Mound Rd. and Water St.). It looks like a case of Geonosis figs went out this morning. By the time I got there around 2:00 p.m., the local scalpers (of which there are about three or four) had left all of four figs, two of which I needed. As is this Target’s tendency, they will likely continue to put out about two cases a week for a couple of weeks. Also, the local Wal-Marts should follow through fairly soon, as we’ve been getting the SAGA figs there with some regularity. Happy hunting, Troopers!”

Dewback Patrol: Day Three of Toy Fair NYC
Rancor Keeper and RancorHey troopers! New York's Toy Fair event ended for us today, and we're proud to announce that even with all the snow that has recently fallen on the northeast coast we have more coverage of the show to present to you! Even though we're Sandtroopers who primarily deal with hot conditions down on Tatooine, we sometimes have to cover those shows where you would swear you were out on Hoth. Pictures from this day's coverage include tons of great new things from Gentle Giant and Kotobukiya, so you won't want to miss out on these! You can check out Darth Spice's full report and photos here, and be sure to talk about the show in our forums.

Dewback Patrol: Day Two of Toy Fair NYC
Greedo Bust from Sideshow CollectiblesDarth Spice has just finished sending me a report and well over one hundred new photos from New York's Toy Fair event, and you can view them all here. Master Replicas had new items such as the new FX Darth Maul lightsaber, the Rebel Y-Wing from Episode IV, and Qui-Gonn Jinn's lightsaber hilt. Sideshow Collectibles were also present and had items such as the Darth Maul and Greedo busts, the new twelve inch line of figures, and best yet the T-800 Endoskeleton that was seen in Terminator 2: Judgement Day. A lot of big-ticket items were on the scene, so you won't want to miss out on the pictures that Darth Spice took today.

Dewback Patrol: Day One of Toy Fair NYC
GL Striking a PoseHey troopers! Darth Spice has reported back to us with a lot of great information about upcoming plans from Hasbro, and has some pictures to go along with that report of his. I'm excited to hear about a purple starfighter for Mace Windu, a Galactic Heroes sandtrooper with orange pauldron, and so many more Titanium vehicles and figures. Hasbro is doing a good job about mixing things up for us Star Wars collectors, and the future is looking bright for us. Things will be great if they just stop making more and more rehashed figures. Check out his full report and photos here.

Sandtrooper Darth Eddie Reports:
Darth Eddie"DARTH EDDIE chiming in once again with an interesting find the rest of the Troopers out there involved in The Great Hunt might be interested in hearing. While making a late-night run past a local Wal-Mart here in Roanoke, VA, I found the STAR WARS pegs to be fairly slim pickings with the exceptions of a few Carkoon wave pegwarmers (Barada, Chewbacca and a couple of others), and believe it or not the #026 UTAPAU CLONE TROOPER from Episode III! He's obviously from REVENGE OF THE SITH and the Battle of Utapau in that movie, but he's (apparently) been packed with the new cases of Episode II Battle of Geonosis figures that have been shipping. The Commander Cody-like orange clone comes packaged in a striding pose facing to your right, with a pretty nice photographic backdrop of some of Cody's/Obi-Wan's other clones and equipment behind the figure. It appears the new Utapau clone re-uses the SITH super-articulated clone trooper #41's body and adds some snazzy paint applications. Even the signal/transmission antenna attached to the clone's back is still there, and the standard black blaster pistol is there as well (but I think we ALL could have predicted that).

There were absolutely NO other figures from the new Geonosis wave assortment aside from the one lone #026 clone, which was really odd since you'd think a colored clone would be one of the FIRST figures in the case to get snatched up and he's packed at a measely one or two in each current assortment. In any case, my timing was spot-on and I managed to get a brand new figure that, almost any other time, would have been long gone by the time I made my toy runs! Good luck and Happy hunting finding other #26 clones fellow Troopers and remember... UNITED WE FIND!!!"

Collections Update: Trooper Larry is added
Trooper Larry's CollectionHey troopers! We are proud to announce that we have added another gallery to our Collections section, and this time we are honored to host pictures from Trooper Larry's collection. He has a mix of different Star Wars lines ranging from vintage to POTJ to Saga to ROTS to the Saga 2006, so it's more or less your typical Star Wars collection. The piece I like the most in his collection is the Saga Imperial Shuttle, and I admire it because I don't have one in my collection. You can check out the pictures of his collection here.

Sandtrooper ADayintheLife1979 Reports:
"ADayintheLife1979 has risen above the cloud of soy to bring you the Decatur, Illinois store report. Well, our luck with the Hoth wave of figs has not carried over as of late, for the pegs have been slim pickings lately. Here’s a store-by-store breakdown:

Wal-Mart, North: Lots of Titanium vehicles on the pegs. Looks like they found some cases in back, as some of the older waves were on the pegs (including the Death Star). The new waves of Unleashed Battle Packs are here, as well as plenty of General Veers and transformers (including the Grievous Wheel Bike).

Target: For some reason, this store specializes in Bib Fortuna as a pegwarmer (along with four more of Veers). Other than that, this store has virtually nothing on the pegs right now, which is unusual. This store generally is stocked well. I wouldn’t be surprised to see a nice shipment coming in next week here.

Wal-Mart, South: The pegs are completely bare of 3.75” figures, although there are a lot of Transformers on the pegs (including the aforementioned Grievious and Luke X-Wing Starfighter). All the Titanium vehicles are gone, as well.

Also, both Wal-Marts have completely removed all of their clearance items from the toy aisle. This is disappointing; I was waiting for the Early-Bird set to get marked down below $15 (it never got below $21 here). So, for me, the hunt continues for the Geonosis wave. I’m traveling to the Bloomington-Normal area this weekend, so hopefully there will be some finds there.

Happy hunting Troopers!"

Staying On Target Pays Off!:
Sandtrooper Dan here with a quick North woods report. I stopped by our local Target in Schofield this afternoon and they had all the Geonosian wave on the pegs except Scorch. If you're in the area be sure to stop by Target. The Wal-Mart in Rib Mountain has been a little wierd as of late. They used to have pegs for the 3 3/4 inch figures but now they're gone. All they had were all three different choppers and a bunch of different Titanium figures. So if you're into that stuff Wal-Mart is the place to stop. That's all for now from the North woods of Wisconsin where the Geonosian wave has finally arrived. Good luck in your neck of the woods!

Sandtrooper Jedichirp Reports: All over Indy like a Sickness!
“I Hey Troops…Jedichirp here in Indy out on a mission with my little scavenger, my son Lucas. We hit big this morning with a complete Geonosis Wave score at an Indy Target. It looked like they had received one case and we bought 8 of the figs from it. We picked up Sora, C-3PO (with Droid Head), Poggle, Sun, Yoda, Jango, and the one I wanted most, Scorch. But as a bonus, we also found a #26 Clone Trooper. Very cool. The Scorch is easily the best of the bunch, followed closely by the Clone. And as mentioned before by Boba Binks in the forums, the Clone Trooper does not show up on any of the card backs. So keep you eyes open and good luck with your hunting.”

Spent the morning searching 3 Wal-Mart’s and 3 Targets, with very little other than some Unleashed Battlepacks and a few Hoth wave figs at any of them. Many of the custom choppers, Darth Taters, and Utupau Unleashed Battlepacks. I was hoping to come across some of the Geonosis wave, but it looks like it may not happen until next week or later. Sandtrooper Jason reports:
“Troops, it wasn't easy being green at Target in the Quarry Shopping Center in Countryside, IL (Hodgkins/LaGrange) today. Along with additional bolstering to their previously sold-out assortment of the Hoth wave, a set of Episode II Battle of Geonosis Saga figures was added to the otherwise sorry selection. During this return of the Saga collection, I realize the conundrum of being a loose collector, but I still picked up three figures I already own: Jango Fett, Yoda, and previously single-carded-challenged Poggle the Lesser. Twenty-three dollars later, it is a shame you can't even get the Yoda platform thrown in, but a find is a find. The Wal-Mart up the road a piece had more Titanium assortment including the speeder bike and Republic Cruiser. 'Til the next run, United We Find!”

Sandwatch Action Figure Reviews: We're gonna give you the Power!
Hey Troops, Sandwatch Action Figure Reviews have been updated with what is not really a figure but we'll call it #014 Power Droid - the Battle of Hoth. It's too bad Hasbro is giving us all the cold shoulder and putting out offerings such as this. Feel free to offer your own feedback about the Saga collection. Until then enter if you dare!

    Sandtrooper Bobafred Reports:
Desert Warfare“Bobafred chiming in from the San Fernando Valley. Just wanted give you Troops & Troopettes, a heads up on the Geonosis wave hitting So Cal Target, in that wave you will find both C-3PO variants with & with out Battle Droid head. I was pretty jazzed that this was the only confirmed sighting in the Valley, and sad that it was only one case. So here I come fella's to your neighborhood stores! Bobafred on the hunt.”

    Sandtrooper Scalperhunter1 Reports:
Most dangerous man in Iowa!“Scalperhunter1 here keeping scalpers on the run here in God's country. Wal-Mart is absolutely worthless. Both stores have their section down to 1 foot and filled with junk over 3 months old. Toys R Us gets in some Saga figures but the employees are buying up most of it. I had one employee tell me he has purchased 5 Fett figures before they hit the floor. The Target on Blairsferry Road is the place to be. They seem to keep a decent stock of Saga figures, large size Titanium ships and the Star Wars choppers. They just got in the Fett chopper. The microscopic Unleashed is warming pegs everywhere. That's it for now from the heartland. United We Find.”

    Sandtrooper YQ1 Reports:
“Trooper YQ1 here, been a long time since my last post from the snow-capped mountains of central Minnesota. Scored the complete Hoth wave at the Hutchinson Target, wondering exactly how many more times can they do Darth Vader? I am on the lookout for the Target exclusive TIE fighter should anyone stumble across one… also trying to find the Battle of Carkoon Chewbacca. Extremely excited about the upcoming R5-D4 as well as many of the Mos Eisley wave figs (Another Darth Vader?). Happy hunting an MTFBWY!”

    Sandtrooper Tamer Reports:
Don't mess with the Tamer!“It has been a long time since my last report. I have been busy acquiring the Hoth wave thanks to troopers Hoth Chad and pshorrock72. Thanks for helping me complete my wave guys. Now on to the Geonosis wave, which I have not yet seen. I have seen most of the Hoth and Carkoon waves minus the Fetts, Chewies, and of course Darth Vader. If a trooper needs help finishing his wave let me know on the forums or pm me and I will be glad to help out, I know how frustrating it is. I will report in when I find the Geonosis wave and once again help the troopers out. Also a big special thanks goes out to Sandtrooper Dan for making this awesome front page tag!”

    Sandtrooper Sam Reports:
“Hi Troopers! I am a daily reader of sandtroopers.com but have never had an occasion to really contribute anything. However, I wanted to let all of the other regulars know that I was able to get 5 Early Bird Certificate Packages over the weekend at the Wal-Mart on Route 59 in Plainfield, IL for the ridiculous price of $.15 apiece. That is not a misprint. I ended up spending a total of $.80. It's costing me more in postage to send them in than what I spent purchasing them! Thanks to everyone for all the great info and happy collecting!”

Sandtrooper Darth Vegas Reports: Goin' for Broke!
If you roll with ST, you're guaranteed 7 or 11 EVERYTIME!“Darth Vegas reporting in after being A.W.O.L. for a while. The report from our western sector is as follows: We have someone in our sector getting inside delivery Intel and is sucking up every saga 06 figure that the local stores have been getting. I've tried all times of the day and night and everyday of the week to stay up on the series and have only been able to pick up the occasional figure here and there. Out of the first 14 I'm still down R2 and Darth. I understand there are 2 versions of Darth. I can't even get one. I started buying the Gentle Giant Maquettes lately. I bought Padme from the Clone Wars Cartoons a year ago and since have tried to get them all. The Busts are cool too. My wife gave me Princess Leia for Christmas and I just recently got the Darth Vader Bust. Very Nice. The new Unleashed packs are turning out Ok. I have all the Original Unleashed figures so I thought the new ones would be stupid but they are well done for their size. I just finished up the Kashyyyk collection. The Attakus metal collection coming out next month is impressive. I've picked up the first few figures on pre order and am trying to figure out how to get the rest that are coming out. At $70.00 plus per copy I've had to do some creative financing and work a lot of overtime to make that collection happen. I can't wait to see the Falcon Set. Well that's it for now. Star Wars forever! We need more movies or television or something.”

    Dewback Patrol: Game On!
WE got serious GAME!Do you got game? Do you like old school video games such as Pac-Mac, Donkey Kong or the original Pong? If the answer to these questions is yes, perhaps you'd be interested in our latest segment of Dewback Patrol. I invaded Game On yesterday afternoon, and thanks to the Midwest Garrison members on hand perhaps the most high impact game in the exhibit had to have been Battlefront! We'd like to thank the MWG and the Muesuem of Science and Industry for allowing us access to this event.

    Sandtrooper Dead Hero Reports:
Who's Dead?“Troopers, today Target in the Quarry Shopping Center in Countryside, IL (Hodgkins/LaGrange) had four cases of the Saga Hoth Wave in-stock, while having had a single case on the pegs freash yesterday. The Wal-Mart in the same plaza had a lone AT-AT driver who must have gotten lost in the snow! Collections Page: One New Collection Added!
fishboy_254's CollectionHey troopers! The Collections page has been updated with another incredible collection, and we have received pictures from fellow forum member fishboy_254. He has quite a bit of variety with his collection, but some of the most noticeable items have to be the Kotobukiya Shocktrooper and 501st Troopers. They look great in his collection, and both are under great protection by the two AT-AT walkers that loom overhead. You can check out his collection here.
