INTRODUCTION
What do you get someone who is a hardcore Star Wars fan who has lots of Star Wars items but just are not sure on what to get them? How about getting their head sculpted in standard 3
3/4" action figure scale? It does not have to be just Star Wars, other toy lines work as well.
I have always wanted a custom action figure of myself on a Stormtrooper body. The folks at Slayer Design Studio helped me make that become a reality. I had my head sculpted in action figure form all from photographs that I sent them. The head sculpt was so well done by Jose (Krerxx) the sculptor who sculpted my head he even got the scar I have on the left side of my head, talk about attention to details.

Knowing that I wanted my head on an action figure I decided to go a step further. Being a member of the 501st Legion and a member of the Rebel Legion I have put together several Star Wars costumes with more in the works. I could not just have one action figure of myself, could I? You know me so the answer is no, I decided that I was going to make a custom action figure of myself in all the various Star Wars costumes I have. So let my cloning process begin.
I first had to acquire the action figures that I was going to use. From there I had to remove the head or just pop off the helmet and modify the neck post for each and every action figure. A little more modification went into the Rebel Fleet Trooper since I had to cut a section off the top of my action figure head to get the helmet to fit properly. Once I knew that each action figure head was going to fit, I painted each head for the action figures.
Knowing that these action figures were going to be me, I decided not to hollow out helmets to make them fit. Instead I made little custom stands for each figure with a post that sticks up to rest the helmet onto.

The following three action figures are future costumes I am currently working on. I hope to have the armor completed by summer 2011. I have all three helmets, two are completed and one in the works as you read this.
The three costumes I will have using one set of Clone Wars
"animated style" armor and three different helmets are; Clone Trooper, ARF Trooper and Clone Pilot. The Clone Wars action figures are slightly smaller than the regular basic Star Wars figures so the head looks a little big but that is ok by me.
